The washer for some reason randomly spills the fabric softener once we close the tray. The washer ia big enough to put in my large comforters and aside from the random spills of the softener, i still like the washer.

I really like this machine it has the right amount of water and cleans my clothes well. The only thing is that it does take a long time to wash. But I don't have a problem with that. If I am in a hurry I just put it on the quick wash and it washes in 30 minutes.

It was a pleasant surprise the cleanliness of the clothes; quite smooth and noiseless. Truly happy with it!

It's a good washing machine, but it could be better. It lacks power; it does a good job, but it could be improved.

Upgraded from front loader. Love this machine and how clean my clothes smell. The tub is large and deep I am 5ft 2 so I’ve to use a step stool to reach in to get small items out. Easy to use many options I have not used yet. Machine casing is not as bulky as old washer I have more room in laundry area. Enjoy the Smart option use.

Geek squad makes shopping, buying, delivery and installation a snap on appliances! My wife really likes the top loading washer. Went old school for the agitator (which this one has a modern design). It has been great thus far. Owned it for a month! Make sure you check out a Total Tech membership prior to purchasing. It is what makes us choose Best Buy for appliances every time! Not to mention competitive pricing and many brands to chose from.

Lovey new Samsung washer. After going with GE for years, so happy I switched it up. This machine is large capacity and perfect if you have a family of 4 or more. My clothes come out clean and I love all the options there are on the Samsung APP. Highly recommend this Samsun set.

Great washer, many clean options, really like the self clean feature.

I had got the one without the agitator first and then switched it to this one. This one cleans my cloths very well. The one without the agitator did a horrible job cleaning my clothes. So I am very happy I returned the first washer for this one.

This washer is very deep and holds all of my clothes for the week. It cleans them nicely and weighs the clothes inside. I just wish it would allow you to run the water cycle a little before you put the clothes in.

i didnt realize how big this would be. im 5'7" i have to stand on my tippy toes to get everything out of the washer. which is not a complaint! im very happy with this purchase. i love the color too. no issues at all. the install was quick and easy & i even made it to work on time. very happy

This machine is spacious and very quiet. I love it. You can wash blankets and comforters in there.

Ill been having it for 2 years now, i like all the settings that it has, it has alot of space perfect to dry a 2 king bed size comforter. Have no issues at all, and its not loud

Im in love with this set! Its quite large and a lil tall.. but exactly what I need with a bunch of kids and 2 GSDs. Its easy to use and is heaven sent.

The agitator is nice and soft close lid makes is a nice touch. The opening is a bit smaller than normal but handles large laundry loads well.

I love this washer. It's huge and washes really well. The clothes come out clean. The only thing I've noticed is that sometimes sleeves get tangled and it'll get stuck. An eye has to be kept when filling ut to capacity or 3/4 way up.
