I’ve had this TV since May of this year. I’ve had no problems with this TV, has a wonderful picture. The pictures clear nice color. After it was set up I did not have to touch it at all. The only complaint I have is, I think I paid too much for it. This TV is a slightly on the upscale I guess.

The set has been working just fine for a few weeks now. We were glad everything carried over in terms of our apps and other setups, and no resubscribing or password entering were needed to pick up where our smaller Samsung unit left off. Keeping the same internet provider throughout the process does that. Installation provided through the Best Buy contractor was great.

Love it!. It produces just the right amount of image clarity for the light features of the room. It's set-up features actually help connecting my other devices for an optimum performance. And it is the best technology, size and price within my price range. Couldn't be happier.

The picture quality is very good for the money. The operating system s where this TV falls short. It is extremely slow, and will literally have to load the simple menus like changing brightness for 20 seconds. I have it paired with an Apple tv 4k so its not such a bother but I couldnt imagine running on the built in OS.

My only real gripe is the remote and the toggle for the volume I accidentally hit mute often. One of the things I really enjoy are the messages like turning on your gaming system and it says game on. Are turning off the television and it has the old fashioned tube TV close.

Best TV I’ve ever owned, picture quality is crazy good, catching it on the Labor Day sale didn’t hurt either.

The Samsung TV was better than advertised. The set up was easy and the quality of the TV is top notch. It has a crystal clear picture and excellent sound. The people at Best Buy were a great help in choosing this product.
