Overall a beautiful TV!! The one glitch I had was using Prime Video… However with a lot of frustration and even exchanges of the tv my son figured out that you need to exit out of Prime before you turn off the tv! !! In doing that it works fine ! I have had a Samsung TV for over 16 years , a smaller one . I have had 2-3 repairs ! It still works wonderfully !! So after coming up with a resolution about the Prime Video it has been such a pleasure watching this new TV ! Great picture! Size is perfect !! So happy with this purchase ! Best Buy employees were kind and helpful with my purchase and the service people were great in working out a delivery schedule that fit my needs !! So recommend this TV and using Best Buy!

Bought my tv set in july 2024. Been a fan of Samsung tvs since the plasmas were being sold. And though i enjoyed shaprp tvs or sony tvs, i did have a budget. Tvs are just that, a piece of electronics that sits there until you turn it on. I did try a few inexpensive models , such as roku tvs, yet they weren't the same. Finally my tv broke and i found this beauty. A 55 in, Samsung hd tv. Now, i dont spend 1000 on tv, thats just not me anymore. However, those 1000$ tvs look nice and super realistic. At the moment I turned this tv on i could see the difference. Color is sharp, picture is pristine, sound is my much better, and over speed and functionality has been great. I chipped in extra for the protection. Total, just under 5 bills. The only, and i mean the only complaint i may have is tizen, the ui interface, or i should say the opening software screen. Takes a bit to learn, and somewhat non intuitive. Beyond that, i have been enjoying my tv wvery night. The movies the shows that i used to watch in the past have been revived! They look so crisp! So hd! I love my new experience! And it doesn't have to cost an arm and leg lol.

Video quality perfect, sound quality immaculate. I am a Samsung lover and believe me when I tell you that you won’t be disappointed with the purchase of this television and to top it off the price is super affordable you can’t beat this deal

Vibrant colors and dark darks. Can keep up and is super clear photos. Only downside is the remote doesn’t have fast forward/rewind buttons, so you have to manually click the right or left buttons over and over. The Samsung smart system is good/almost as good as Roku interface. Cord is kinda short also if you have a mount that extends out. Samsung TVs are waaaay better than their kitchen appliances haha.

Good upgrade from the one we had. Crystal clear picture and easier to navigate through the menus. Would def recommend if looking to replace yours. Great price too!

This TV has great picture quality! I personally like surround sound systems vs the TV, I think it makes the experience while playing games or watching shows better. I really didnt think the sound quality for the TV alone was that bad though. I would repurchase the item not only because of the quality but I think for the price it is great!

Love, Love this TV!!! Picture is clear, sharp, and colors are beautiful! This TV comes with FREE Samsung TV Plus, which gives you a load of news, TV shows, movies (different genres), home improvement, etc. You can add your other devices (Blu-ray etc), you can cast to the TV from your phone, sync Bluetooth and add other streaming apps that you use.

This tv checks all the right boxes for the price! Very clear and bright picture. Fast response times while using the apps. The sound is better than expected. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone looking for an inexpensive tv without having to sacrifice high quality!

Easy setup: 2 things I like. No screws involved & it had a screen protector which allows for protection while setting up, which was great. Only 1 draw back, not enough HDMI ports after adding the sound and DVD player. I had no p HDMI port for my aged Xbox.

I'm enjoying my birthday/ anniversary gift. My tv is more than I expected. Setting up was super easy, color, sounds, channels are exactly what I was looking for. I love the adjustable stand. I was challenged using the remote, nevertheless following instructions in no time I got that under control. I'm SUPER SATISFIED with my purchase.
