Just after the 60 day return period closed I started having several problems with this TV. Pictures are all wrong. I got the Geek Squad protection and they want to let Samsung deal with it which I understand. Looks like it's a factory defect and Samsung is on the clock. They're all sometimes problems and now I have a second Q60 LED 4k TV from them that did not last very long. It is a total loss in 3.5 yrs.. Both these TV's Sell for over $750.00 ea. Even the Samsung center speaker does not sync up with tv speakers and constantly I power cycle to fix.

I bought this to replace another Samsung TV that I have had since 2007. I had no intentions of buying a new TV, but my old one failed. However, I love this new TV! The picture is gorgeous! It took me some experimentation to get the color and brightness set to my taste, but it is absolutely stunning! It has a higher refresh rate to make motion shots look better, which is a nice feature. The picture is sharp and the colors are crisp, bright and gorgeous. Streaming media looks great, but of course, sometimes that isn't broadcast in very high definition. The TV looks best when showing BluRay media. It is light, easy to set up, and easy to use! (I wanted one that I could lift by myself) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this TV to anyone! I got the Samsung Soundbar to go with it, and that was easy to set up and use also. This is a truly great TV! I am very happy with my purchase!

I am really pleased with my new Samsung Q70C. It's sleek, reasonably light (I mounted it on a Sanus Advanced Tilt 4D), and the UI for the smart TV is very responsive and relatively straightforward to navigate. Most importantly, the picture is sharp and crisp, and offers many many options to adjust the brightness etc to your preference. My only complaint is with the remote, which doesn't use IR, so couldn't be programmed to adjust the volume on our Sonos soundbar. Fortunately, I found an inexpensive universal remote for Samsung TVs for $12 that worked without any programming! For the short period while we operated the TV without a soundbar, the sound wasn't bad, either - not too tinny (a problem I've encountered in the past with flat panel TVs).

Haven't had the tv very long but putting it together and setting it up was very easy. Was all done in under 20 minutes. Has a nice picture! I have noticed that it has more of a glare to it than my other tv and it doesn't seem to do the best in scenes that get really dark. But overall, for the sale price I got it for, I think it was well worth it!

I found the Q70C QLED quick to set up following the easy-to-understand instructions. The speakers on the TV have good sound. PC games worked well but my games do not stress the refresh rate. I've enjoyed watching hockey and being able to follow the puck (verse my 32"). I recommend this TV.

I wanted a high res with a not so high budget and I found it! The quality image is awesome and you can truly see those 60 Hz. The colors are vivid. I wanted it mostly for my PS5 and it was truly worth it for the price. One down side is that the Alexa app doesn't quite work properly, at least not as good as in a Fire TV. You still have to get the controller and press the mic button in order to ask something to Alexa so it's not really hands free. Also, I wanted to use my voice commands on my Echo show but it doesn't always respond. Sometimes it does and some others it says there's no device with that name, and I'm like: wtf? But we'll, I didn't buy it because of the Alexa integration so I don't really mind. I also liked it has a GAME MODE that turns on automatically when a console is detected. And in game mode you have lots of options to maximize your gaming experience. It even has a virtual aim! (Winky winky).

The TV is very easy to set up and is definitely an upgrade from our previous TV. Maybe it's my lack of experience with the new technology, but new movies and shows feel more immersive. It's also highly customizable if that's your thing. If you are looking for a TV that is high quality that doesn't break the bank this is it. Sure there are better TVs out there, but let's face it... most of us don't need that kind of tech. If you are an avid movie/tv show watcher then look no further. Don't let the big ticket items fool you into thinking you'll become a gamer becauase we all know the truth.

Have had the TV for about a month. Picture quality is great (we've been lifelong Sony buyers, so we were dubious switching brands.) The center pedestal stand was critical for our configuration and is rock solid. Setup was fast and seamless except for synching up our Vizio soundbar. The TV kept saying it didn't recognize it and couldn't use it, so at the point of frustration I left things alone and went to eat lunch. When I came back to try again an hour later it was working perfectly (ghost in the machine?) and we haven't had an ounce of trouble since. Would definitely recommend this TV.

Can't believe the sharpness of the picture! And the color?! Just wow! Lost some LEDs on our old set and the white spot got annoying after a while. It was a Samsung and we just decided that we'd go there again as it was a pretty nice setup. Glad we did as it's just amazing. Did end up getting a sound bar as the speakers are not as loud as the old set.

Very easy to set up, great picture and sound quality. My only criticism would be the TV stand. One of the big reasons we wanted this TV was due to the stand - as it needed to sit on a small bedroom dresser. The plastic cover covering the feet looks cheap and detracts from the general look of the TV. We ended up leaving it off as we felt it looked better overall with the feet exposed.

Been using this for 3 months now. Gaming & streaming through fire sticks. Apps through the tv are slightly better than fire stick. Very happy with this purchase. Good sound as well seeing as sound quality through the market has been downgraded.

I was looking for a newer technology TV after selling my brand new TV of another brand. Once I saw the picture quality, I was happy. I like looking at sports and this QLED format is awesome. The picture is clear and the color is so vivid. This was a great buy.

Great TV. Easy to set up. Immediately recognized sound system via HDMI. Set up all my favorite streaming apps quickly. Setting up Live TV took a minute but I got there. Best Buy fumbled the delivery. I went back to the store and brought the tv home. Happy with the product. Nice upgrade from a 12-year-old model.

My Samsung 55 inch QLED is the TV I have always dreamt of. I live in an apartment, so the size was important. The picture quality is amazing from any angle. The sound quality is perfect for me. My hearing is not what it used to be. My previous TV, I had to use headphones to enjoy what I was watching. This TV allows me listen to a movie or a sporting event without the headphones. And, I am able to enjoy whatever I am watching without blasting the volume. This Samsung is a Smart TV which allows me other options. I have had guests over and they all comment on the quality of the TV. This Samsung is the best TV I have ever owned and was a great value. I am looking forward to years of entertainment and I highly recommend this TV to anyone looking to purchase a great TV for a fair price.

was very surprised to see the sharpness of the picture, and the color how bright it is. my older Samsung was 11 yrs old what a difference. you cant beat Samsung products will always purchase Samsung.

This Samsung larger screen TV was a purchase for my low vision Father. I like that it attaches to a wall mounting system. I like that it is clear and has a good sound system. The TV remote is way too small. Needs to be more like an oversized Universal Remote. Only for folks who are going blind or have low vision issues.

Easy set up. Love the number of App options available. Quick start up and the Alexa capability is a big plus. Picture quality is crisp and clear. I do not have a sound system supporting it because it is in my master bedroom instead of my rec room. But the sound quality meets or exceeds my expectations
