I bought this TV about a month ago and so far I'm very satisfied. The user experience is excellent and the device is quick and smooth. The picture quality is great.

Excellent tv. Great value for your money. This tv has the latest technology (really smart); resolution is great and connectivity with Bluetooth to other devices is very easy. It comes with a Samsung app that helps you control all the other Samsung tvs with my phone. The salesperson that helped me choose the tv is an extremely knowledgeable and professional young man focused on customer needs. Outstanding product and second to none sales experience.

Overall solid picture quality. Responsive, quick to boot up, decent app performance. Little frustrating to get apps and such loaded up and installed, and doesn't come with many default streaming services installed via Tizen/Samsung. Could use a couple more ports or an optical out.

Picture is excellent and price was right! We almost went too big for the size of room we were putting it in. I’m so glad we downsized. Recommend adding a sound bar and a woofer!

Love this TV for the clear picture and sound. Since this is a Samsung Smart TV, it uses a Samsung platform for adding streaming apps which is very different from Amazon Fire TVs, cubes, and sticks. This required some online searching to complete, but I was able to do it. The control is different from the Amazon controllers, but it is not hard to use.

I was not feeling Another Samsung TV. My first 2019.Was not a great experience. We bought from QVC with a warranty, a black line developed an across the bottom of the screen. We called the Company. The Customer Service Reps couldn’t make a connection with our warranty info. We called QVC. No more crap Purchases.Unfortunately Best Buy has a couple of choices. I bite my pride and purchased this tv.

The quality of this TV is excellent — the contrast and picture are bright, colorful, and incredibly sharp. The color accuracy is out of this world. I love that it now includes games, art, and many new features. The remote is small and super easy to use. Setup was quick; it only took me a few minutes to customize everything, including the background lighting and sound. The Smart TV system is fast, smooth, and very easy to navigate. I upgraded from a Samsung 55" 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV, and this is a big step up.

Amazing picture! I am 78 years old and still cannot believe how impressive tv’s have gotten. And I could lift a 55” tv as is it is incredibly thin.

I've always stayed with Samsung products and this tv doesn’t disappoint. I installed it in my cabin and I was able to remove the Amazon fire stick. So much easier to just use one remote!

Service was wonderful when tv was installed /set up. The television is wonderful color/sound and all . Had a Samsung prior to this and it was also wonderful…certainly recommend Samsung!

Salesperson actually came up and asked if he could be of help. This was about 10 minutes after we had looked everywhere for a clerk without being able to find one. The salesperson was very helpful in answering all our questions and even insisted on transporting our purchase outside and loading it into our car. I was very impressed.

I came home from work to find my Toshiba 3-D dead. I went to Best Buy looking for another Toshiba. The person helping me asked if I had any other tv's, when I remembered my Samsung from 2009. Its been in my guest bedroom for years & the picture quality is still great. He showed me this television & I was immediately hooked.

The Samsung Q7F Series delivers credible QLED visuals and usability at an attractive price. Great as a starter TV or temporary upgrade—just don’t expect the depth, brightness, or gaming finesse of higher-tier models.

Great T.V. , would recommend buying this. Not to fond of the smart things app yet, but I also haven’t looked to into it. Just seems like extra bells and whistles you don’t really need but it’s the future of tvs I guess.

The picture is phenomenal on this TV. And the price was very good. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Good tv no problems The professional geek squad came and put the TV stand on the wall and put the TV on. Everything was very nice and good. There was no problems. He went over how to work everything.
