The TV is fantastic - we are very happy that we "ripped the band aid" to purchase and install the outdoor TV. The two techs, Trevor H & Roland P were fantastic! My only suggestion would be to discuss the location prior to purchasing to insure you get the correct TV for an outdoor location.

Very pleased with this purchase.great picture.i heard a lot of complaints about the sound but I’m very happy with it.the only complaint is the feature that adjusts the brightness according to the outside light is way to bright.i just turned it off and adjusted the brightness.it’s expensive but is worth it.

I was very hesitant to spend this much on a TV for outside, but over the past month since installation I realize what a big difference it makes to have a TV that's designed for outdoors. The picture is incredible in the partial shade where we have it, and the soundbar makes it incredibly easy to hear throughout our patio/pool area. We are very happy that we pulled the trigger on this purchase of the Samsung Terrace TV!

The TV is great for our patio. It is mostly shaded and provides excellent clarity. Based on earlier reviews we purchased the matching Terrace soundbar and it was installed at the same time so I can not speak to the TV's sound output but understand it might be a tad on the weak side. I recommend the soundbar for a seamless install and excellent performance.

We really are enjoying our new TV on the lanai. I did a lot of research and decided to purchase The Terrace. We have never had an outdoor TV so was concerned about getting one that would provide both a great picture and will stand up to the Florida weather. At this time I would highly recommend this TV.

We mounted this outside by our hot tub in December and it has been amazing! It has survived the brutal winter with absolutely zero issues. We did add a sound bar which I highly recommend also. Beautiful picture! I can’t comment on the sound as we’ve always had the sound bar with it. It’s worth the money if you are looking for an outdoor tv!

Amazing clarity and sound for a terrace type TV. We can now plan on enjoying our deck more for viewing evening sports and other shows.

Love it. Great team set up by pool and we now watch tv outside on patio regardless of weather. Soon to watch while floating in pool!

Went through to indoor TVS on my patio so I decided enough was enough. purchased the Samsung Terrace from Best Buy based on the recommendation. It seems to be built to with stand the elements (moisture and salt air) and the picture is assume, can even see it during the day from my pool (30 FT). The sales rep and installation team were all great.

Totally in love with this outdoor tv. Movie nights with my family i would definitely recommend this outdoor tv.

Easy to use for seniors. Everything went great thanks to your product and to your guys who mounted it to the lanai, to setting it up, to getting all our apps, and to finally teaching us how to use the remote. Best Buy is the best!

HDTVs delivered ahead of ETA. HDTVs work great with great color and resolution!

After 2 years the seals around the panel failed and allowed water to get behind it. We nave have permanent streaks that blur the picture. Samsung times the 2 year warranty perfectly to fit thw life of this TV. Consider your cost a 2 year rental.

We love this. It's a total game changer for evenings outside, especially watching sports. WiFi allows quick and easy access to any service including Xfinity. You definitely do need third party speakers or the sound bar. We have the latter and it's slick and sounds great.

Amazing television. I have never really seen a true outside tv before. What an amazing product. I was nervous about buying a no name brand and really happy I went with Samsung. They have outdone themselves with this.

Great product so far working well great picture quality and the geek squad techs that came and installed did a fabulous job. We purchased the sound bar that goes with the tv from Best Buy as well. The sound is ridiculous and clear on the patio.
