Our sons set the unit up for us as we did not have the necessary knowledge to be comfortable doing so ourselves. They had no problems with installing. The Samsung performs beyond our expectations and provides outstanding viewing experience for all the programs we choose to watch. We are still learning to use the various options available. So far we have had no difficulties, find the learning curve pretty easy and we are quite pleased with the product.

Love this TV all around - I looked into a few brands and this one really stood out. Great picture quality, attractive design and a brand you can trust.

This TV has a great picture but you definitely need a sound bar because the sound quality is not great.

Curved is great for smaller rooms. I was concerned a 65" TV would be too big for the smaller size family room we have, but my husband really wanted a 65" set. This worked perfectly in the room. After playing with the settings, we figured out how to remove the dreaded 'soap opera' effect - don't use of the 'enhanced' picture settings. The image is beautiful on 'regular' HD and spectacular on anything 4k (from Netflix, etc.) Also, Blu Ray looks great up-converted, and connecting to the internet was simple. All in all, a great value for a beautiful TV.

Love the tv but it is crooked on the stand. Re attached it and had the same results.

This TV is fantastic for the price. Crisp text, stunning colors, good range of black to white, intuitive interface. Would absolutely recommend.

I love the smart capabilities, I also have a Samsung "smart tv" from about 5 years ago. They have improved so much! Fantastic smart remote too.

Was doubting to buy it because I thought it's size might be too big. It turned out to be the perfect size for my middle sized room. Love it.

Amazing picture. Only complaint is the controller is weird and to much on the tv as far as smart tvs go And I work in IT. Very confusing.

Purchased this as a gift for my parents. This is their primary TV and they absolutely love it. The picture is so clear and the sound is excellent. I researched several different 4K brands and I am so happy I decided to go with the Samsung. Love the picture, namely the sharpness, contrast, color and most importantly the UP SCALED picture quality. I don’t expect my parents to watch much in true 4k, so up scaling performance was a factor for me when purchasing this tv for them. Easy to use remote is a plus.
