I’ve read about others having the same issue but I have tried everything to get it to stop as others would recommend doing to solve the issue but it hasn’t worked. It’s getting close to me owning this for almost a year now and I still can’t get used to the popping noise it makes while watching TV and it’s even louder once the TV is turned off. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful TV but the annoying popping noise prevents me from giving it a better review. I would not recommend this TV set to even my worst enemy. I would have purchased a different TV had I known of this issue beforehand. I’ve loved Samsung products for a long time but I have lost confidence in the brand since owning this TV

Please know that our typical store mode is showing the “dynamic” picture mode which is very bright. We recommend Standard mode at home environment for everyday viewing experience.
In addition to the display screen, the quality of the image on your screen also depends on the source and the connection.
HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4k Content will provide the best picture quality.
