I’ve had my new TV for about a month now. So far everything seems To be working as it should. Was a little bit of a learning curve, as to be expected. Easy to use, great color, and was easy to hook up our sound bar.

It's a great little TV for the kitchen. You can use the legs, or mount on the wall but I chose to simply use the base of the TV as its stand. The picture is great and the sound options are fantastic especially for those that have a hard time hearing voices. The only bummer was that UPS delayed the shipping by a day which is not the fault of Best Buy

TV was very easy to set up! The instructions even detail how to open the box for ease. Sound quality is much better than the QN80D and the picture is much better than my previous Vizio 4k.

I recently went from an old dumb TV, to this smart TV. It was a learning curve getting used to apps and streaming but I absolutely love it now. This TV has beautiful color and clarity and so many features I never knew existed. Great buy for the money!

Great look and easy to install. A little heavy but not too bad. If mounting, you definitely need a friend.

Bright, Bold, Loud. I picked this Samsung up from a recommendation of a staff member. It has most of the same features as the newer model but at half the price point. I set it up for my home and have been happy with my purchase.

Was in the market to upgrade the TV in our living room. After a good amount of research, Samsung QLED remained at the top of the list. With a sunny living room during the day, the high quality of this TV holds up. I suggest getting a quality sound bar to complete the perfect viewing experience

I returned the TLC 65 in it caused me to have motion sickness and could not adjust to stop this from happing. this Samsung Had no issues great pitcher. Easy setup, I used a Samsung sound bar great sound.

We've had this TV for about a year now, in a room with lots of natural light. The picture quality is fantastic is both bright and dark settings. The features of the TV are easy to use and has very seamless switching back and forth between features, options, streaming, etc. Had we needed it, we would have purchased two.

Excellent picture quality; sound is ok, and improves by adding a soundbar. Very easy to configure to access 3 arrays of channels: Samsung+ , Comcast cable, and their Xfknity Streaming, and to control with Amazon’s Alexa. Plus the stream

We upgraded our 55" QLED for a 65" about a month ago, and have not had any issues to date with either of them. The picture quality and colour are sharp and the size is perfect for our family room. We wired it through our Sony speakers and use a subwoofer; as you can imagine, the sound is spectacular! We have not had a chance to explore the AI features yet.

Amazing picture and sound ,needs a printed owners manual because it has so many built in features

This TV is amazing. My only issue is that it has too many options regarding out of the box streaming, apparently included with Samsung. Paired with a Samsung soundbar, it's out of this world

Great tv so far, the picture quality is great. The tv remote is also a great size to handle. The one thing is that the TV bleeds small amount of light so it can not acchive perfect pitch black when a dark screen with white letters pops up. It is hard to noitce so it still deserves 4 stars.

Samsung QN85D exceeds expectations! Best Buy great price, free delivery, and setup option finalized our decision to purchase. Wonderful picture and sound, A+ viewing angle and zero screen glare while daytime TV in a very bright room. Definitely would recommend this Samsung TV.
