The drier works great and dries in a shorter time than my previous one. I really like that it does not overheat heat the clothes and it dries faster than my old unit. It is eazy to use and the lint trap works well. The preprogrammed settings work well but the personel settings feature are limited and are not easy to use.

This washer dryer pair has been great so far. It works as advertised and does its job. The are a couple minor annoyances ....was hoping the washer spin cycle would be quieter than my old one. Nope. Still sounds somewhat like a plane taking off in the distance. Another complaint is the buzzer is annoying. Plays a tune. Luckily I can control the volume or turn it off altogether but would have preferred a plain old buzzer. On the delicate cycle, the load stays pretty wet. Would like to turn the spin cycle up one level but you can't. But overall, i love the pair. Would highly recommend! I love the steam cycle on the dryer. I use the dry clean sheets in combination with the steam cycle and it does an amazing job!!! Much better than sheets alone!! Washer does a great job of cleaning things! Very happy customer!

looks and works great, dries clothes very fast. noise level very low cannot even hear it running. Steam takes wrinkles completely out of clothes. more then enough settings, maybe to many for our use. replaced LG with these and so far way better.

More cycles than I need but all work great,wool doesn't shrink and delicates are like new when done,lint cleaning is a breeze and the steam cycle is a real gift,almost no ironing on the correct cycles,5 pairs of work dungarees and shirts in one load all perfect,great purchase

I found the same product some where else but since I was buying a washer from Best buy I wanted to buy the dryer from them as well, so I called the Customer service and they price matched. Awesome product. quiet, and we love the steam feature.

I've only had this dryer for just a month, so can not say about savings in electricity vs an electric dryer. But what I can tell you is that this dryer does its job and it is very easy to use, even though it has so many options.

Much faster and more versatile than the unit we replaced. Love the steam features for quick touch-ups and the rack for drying sneakers, etc. Really happy with this dryer!

Love, love, love this dryer. Purchased on clearance for a great price. Tons of features - don't use them everyday but nice when you need them. We are slowly but surely replacing all of our major appliances with Samsung brand - washer, dryer, refrigerator, TV and have been pleased with every purchase.

Although hesitant to buy foreign, we took our daughter's recommendation because she owned this brand for 3 years and loved it. So far, we are extremely pleased. Works like a champ. We have a full house of 5 people, and this machine works every day, many times as many as 4-6 loads per day, and we couldn't be more pleased. Nothing negative to report after the first month.

I have been using this for a month now and I like it. Even though it has so many advance features it's fairly easy to operate. At times I feel the automated settings would use too much time. So i prefer using custom and settings my own timings when I know about the load.

The whole purchase was well worth it. The storage units are really usable below the washer and dryer. Our clothes come out smelling fresher. less water is used, and the efficiency and less time involved witht he laundry loads is quite noticeable.

This dryer is beautiful, fast and fun. I love that it plays a song when it is done, although it is hard to hear upstairs. It probably has too many settings for me, but it is nice to have them if I need them. The wrinkle away setting works on most things, but does not perform miracles.

It has been 14 years since we bought a new dryer and never realized how advanced the technology has progressed. We love Samsung products, but this dryer is superb. It takes half the time to dry our clothes so we save and many ways

Ive only had the washer for 1 month and I love it. The only thing is you have to take the clothes out of the washer quickly and not let them set in there for more than an hour because they get a musty smell prettty quick.
