Please ensure that you are using the provided USB-C cable. Thank you for your review of the Samsung - AM500 Series 32" LED FHD Smart Monitor. I am very sorry that you are not completely happy with the color of the unit you received. Please check eco mode or eye mode and disable it. When they are turned on the screen may dim which may cause the light colors to fade.
