    Not sure about anything with this monitor. The box was in perfect shape, no dings or bumps. Monitor had a bunch of lines on the first powerup then nothing. Heard the audio from the setup. Returned. Samsung might need to beef up its packaging.

    DO NOT BUY THIS. After connecting as second monitor to your laptop, it eats up lot of laptop power.

    The screen quit after 70 days

    I bought this monitor 2 months and 11 days ago. The screen quit working. The folks at Best buy told m it was not repairable and I had to call Samsung customer service. Good luck if I can get any service.

    I ordered this monitor thinking it was a good deal but it wasn’t I just noticed about almost a year later it a 28 inch monitor … I know it’s my fault but at the same time BESTBUY NEEDS TO DO BETTER!

    I use this monitor for home computing and to be watch tv while crafting. I absolutely love it. The color depth and clarity are fantastic. The size is perfect and it looks so nice on my desk. I am so happy with the purchase.

    Dont waste your money

    This monitor is only 1080p. If you are used to an IPS or 4k monitor, this is terrible. Going to be returning. 1080p for computing on a 32 inch monitor is not good enough. I have a 32 IPS samsung next to it, and it just doesnt compare.
