I have been so frustrated by this entire process! I ordered our fridge in February we received it on May 14th minus the top panels and my $150 in gift cards I received with purchase were canceled so that was a slew of phone calls to sort out itself. Then today I thought the top panels were arriving but turns out it’s only 1. Lucky for me the nice tech that was on his way said he would just combine the appointments and come with both panels next week. Here’s to hoping they arrive as I’m really over making phone calls. I spoke to a very sweet lady named Dawn with customer service. I feel like I’ve earned a $400 gift card after having all the issues I’ve had to deal with. It’s been pretty disappointing.

Buyer Beware. Check out other reviews before purchasing. The refrigerator section keeps cold. However, the bottom freezer does not keep meat frozen. One side of the freezer keeps the meat thawed rather than frozen. The ice machine started malfunctioning. I called Customer Service number and spoke with Belinda. However, I did not get a response as to when technician would come to inspect ice machine for the larger cubes. Eventually, I turned ice machine off for a day and restarted machine. It did a factory reset and now ice machine is working again. The review guidelines state I can not speak about delivery service since the review is just about how the Samsung French Door Flex Fridge functions however, I purchased my charcoal black panel back in July to arrive 8/5/25. I have had Customer Service reach out multiple times stating they cannot deliver due to inventory. I’m still missing my panel.

The color is beautiful and the finish makes it so that you don’t see fingerprints. I’ve had this on my fridge for over a year and have no intentions of changing it any time soon. Photo does not show true in person color, definitely more rose gold in person

It took more than a month from the time of our initial Bespoke fridge delivery date to the time when the panels showed up to go on it. However, they easily snapped into place and the final product looked great viewed from the front. However, my wife did not like like the appearance of the protruding portion of the fridge from the encasement as viewed from the side as it was black. I was able to remedy this by acquiring some wide white magnetic tape (ordered online from Amazon) and cutting strips to fit the sides. The final product was more aesthetically pleasing for our white cabinetry kitchen. Surface is easy to clean.

Love this system!!! I got white because I couldn't change the color on the top where the computer screen is. Otherwise I would have gotten the light blue

Im still missing one door glass sinse april and i was suppose to get it in August and now they are telling me will arrive at the end of November

We purchased the black panels and have received three out of four of them due to a delay on one of them. My husband installed the panels and said it was very simple with a good design. It took him a very short time to install. We love the look of the black panels!

The panel has a great look, better than stainless steel. I had to order the fridge with stainless steel panels and wait for the install of these. I’m still waiting on the last one, right side panel and I’ve had 4 dates for that. They keep having issues getting it from Samsun for some reason. That explains the 4 star and not the 5. It’s very annoying keep getting delays.
