Buyer Beware. Check out other reviews before purchasing. The refrigerator section keeps cold. However, the bottom freezer does not keep meat frozen. One side of the freezer keeps the meat thawed rather than frozen. The ice machine started malfunctioning. I called Customer Service number and spoke with Belinda. However, I did not get a response as to when technician would come to inspect ice machine for the larger cubes. Eventually, I turned ice machine off for a day and restarted machine. It did a factory reset and now ice machine is working again. The review guidelines state I can not speak about delivery service since the review is just about how the Samsung French Door Flex Fridge functions however, I purchased my charcoal black panel back in July to arrive 8/5/25. I have had Customer Service reach out multiple times stating they cannot deliver due to inventory. I’m still missing my panel.

I loved the choice of panel. It looks super nice. I am still figuring out what product I can clean it with. I don't want it to get damaged or stained.

The color is beautiful and the finish makes it so that you don’t see fingerprints. I’ve had this on my fridge for over a year and have no intentions of changing it any time soon. Photo does not show true in person color, definitely more rose gold in person

It took more than a month from the time of our initial Bespoke fridge delivery date to the time when the panels showed up to go on it. However, they easily snapped into place and the final product looked great viewed from the front. However, my wife did not like like the appearance of the protruding portion of the fridge from the encasement as viewed from the side as it was black. I was able to remedy this by acquiring some wide white magnetic tape (ordered online from Amazon) and cutting strips to fit the sides. The final product was more aesthetically pleasing for our white cabinetry kitchen. Surface is easy to clean.

We purchased the black panels and have received three out of four of them due to a delay on one of them. My husband installed the panels and said it was very simple with a good design. It took him a very short time to install. We love the look of the black panels!

This fridge is huge and nice looking. I get so many compliments on it. Love the water pitcher, the ice trays and the beverage drawer. Very happy.

Easy to install and looks great. Adds some color into the kitchen that normally doesn't have much choice in their appliance color. PS: Make sure you get the ones for the exact model of Refrigerator. We got some similar for the middle and bottom sections and did not fit

The color is true. It’s not dulled by the steel refrigerator casing behind it. It is shockingly easy to install. Watch one of the Samsung installation videos and tadaaaa…easy! Bonus is that this panel matches my sink almost perfectly.

My review is based on Best Buys terrible customer service, not the actual product. I ordered 2 of these and only one was delivered. Best Buy keeps rescheduling a new appointment and each time it never gets delivered. This product is useless with just one panel. Whenever I call I cannot get anyone to help me where I actually get the second panel. I have had 4 appointments on a weekly basis now and each time it never shows up. I cannot keep taking days off to trust Best Buy will actually follow through. Very annoying, I will NEVER purchase from Best Buy again.

Theyre panels! There isnt much else to say. They get the job done. The worst part is getting them to your house. Its incredibly difficult to get ahd of these things and the best buy website is horrible about scheduling delivery for these. I do not know why. Avoid at all cost if they havnt sorted out the inventory issue. Youll be waiting 3 months like we did.

This product took forever to receive and my order date was pushed back 3 times but its definitely worth the wait! Its beautiful in person and adds a nice touch to my kitchen. A must have!! Easy to install

The panels arrived after we got the refrigerator but they are installed now and look great. The technician that came out to install did an excellent job. We are very pleased!
