    needs a better mapping program

    When working properly it cleans very well. I have needed to reset the robot 4 times in the 12 months i have had it due to moving the base station i think. Only moved it a foot or two! I like the spinning mop. It would be great if the app would be able to have more options. like increased suction areas and no Mop areas. Improving the no go options would be great. for the price and brand quality reputation I expected a much better program to operate this high quality machine.

      To address the mapping concerns you’ve encountered, please follow the instructions in your user manual. Instruction: Refer to page 49 under The map which the Jet Bot Combo has created is different from the saved map, and the map is also drawn askew.

      For guidance on the settings and features available in the SmartThings app, including how to adjust controls and manage options, you may refer to pages 28–30 under Using the SmartThings app.

    Works for 2-3 Weeks

    It worked wonderfully for about 2-3 weeks. Now it has as many issues as my 5 year old roomba. I wish I had saved my money and continued using my old Roomba.

    Pretty & Quite - But Purpose Fail

    I would leave one star if possible. Had two of these units in an office on commercial carpet (thin) and no stairs anywhere. The 4 sensors on the bottom of the device for detecting "cliffs" constantly get dusty and the vacuum just sits there asking for help and to clean its sensors.... no way to turn them off either if you don't have stairs. So returned them as cleaning them multiple times a day so they can vacuum is dumb... For the price they just need to work.
