This charger does a great job charging my note 9 even with a case on it. I don't have to mess with trying to plug in a cord anymore. Just drop it on the pad and my phone is getting charged.

It's genuine Samsung, but a tad bit more expensive than should be. I've gone through 3 (horizontal design) wireless chargers (not Samsung's fault...a certain canine buddy of mine's fault). I never liked them for some reason...this design is the reason. It's perfect. It's almost vertical, but not quite. A great angle. I use it for a everyday clock when I'm not using the phone. Oh, it's a very fast Qi charger as well Summary: -1 star for price; +4 stars for excellent design/function.

I had ordered another brand of Qi charger from Amazon and had to return it because the device would not charge my phone unless I took it out of the Otter Box case -- too much sugar for a nickel!! I returned the product and recently ran across this item in Best Buy. The sales associates had one on display and told me that it would charge through the Otter Box case. I laid the phone on the stand and it immediately began charging. My wife just upgraded her phone and we have purchased another of these chargers. It's only been a couple of months but both chargers are working fine and both work fine with the phones in their cases.

Now that I'm used to using this wireless charger I'm hooked. So nice when you get a call to just pick it up and start talking. Charges thru my Otterbox case no problem.

I wanted to purchase the convertible version of the charging stand, however it was out of stock at the store so I got this one. They price matched Amazon for me, which was nice, and I was happy. The charging stand was very easy to setup and felt sturdy and well built. It quickly started charging my new Samsung S9 when I set it in the cradle. I have it on my night stand and I like how it sits up and allows you to view your phone at night like an alarm clock with the always on display. If you need a fast charger you can't go wrong with this one.

Sure, you could reach down and plug in your phone getting the cord to fit into the bottom but why do that when you can easily reach down place your phone smoothly on the charger and have it charged effortlessly. this is my second wireless charger and I like it even better than the first because of how it stand the phone up as it is charging. I have no problem charging through my case and I even have one of those magnetic car holders in my case and it doesn't seem to cause any issues. Love this charger. It charges very quickly.

This is fast and surprisingly it'll charge an Apple i8 as well. Although I bought it for the S9. Great quality.

The Samsung charger stand charges really fast. I have 1 at home and 1 at work. At work it's useful because I am always getting up from my desk for meetings and other things. It allows for fast pick up and putting it down without dealing with wires. At home I use it while it's on the stand charging. Easy for messages or scrolling through facebook. And the phone charges on it's side so I can watch videos too.

Big improvement over older designs. The bottom lip holds the phone well. The phone can be off centered - no more fighting to position just right on the pad. This charger works with a phone case. The angle is appropriate, but can catch the ceiling lights behind you like a little mirror and reflect right in your eyes. Pretty much the standard angle for these chargers though. Quick charge, priced right for the quality.

I bought this bc of tired of always having to plug my phone in and trying to find the cord. This instantly was a life changer, just set phone on the cradle and the light comes on and let's you know it's charging. Also nice since sits on night stand and is a stand up charger so my phone now is a used as a digital clock, and can quickly glance at notifications or who's calling. Only down side is wont charge if phone is in vertical position only in the horizontal position, not a big issue to me. Even charges through my defender case

We have Apple phones but these charges work great! I have a flat model also but the vertical stand units are much better. No more moving the phone around trying to find the sweet spot for charging. When we put the phone both vertical or horizontal it charges perfectly! Doubles as a regular phone stand also which is convenient for watching videos etc. Highly recommend.

I bought this for my iphone Xs. It works great. I don’t know if it’s fast charging or not, but it charges fast enough for my needs. It’s so easy to just set your phone on the charger and it starts charging right away. It works on both landscape and portrait mode. The only time I have heard the cooling fans is when I have used it while watching youtube videos.

the Charger is Well Designed Easy to Use Doesn't take up much room

Wireless charging is a new thing for me and I love it! I have the charger in my office at work. I can sit my phone on it while working and not even worry. It's propped up so it's easy to change music channels while I'm working. My phone charges way faster than I ever thought it could on wireless. Very impressive. I'm probably going to buy one for home use now.

I received the earlier model of this charger on a free offer when I purchased my Samsung Galaxy s7 and use it in my office. I needed another one for my bedroom. I wanted to have the newest model to go with my new Samsung Galaxy s9+. It works very well and takes up less room on my nightstand than laying my phone down on the old style charger. Highly recommend.

This is a great wireless charger. It's sturdy, it looks premium and the fact it's convertible gives it more versatility and increases portability. I would say it's almost worth the price of it wasn't for a flaw that does concern me. Case compatibility. With how fragile phones have become (most wireless charging phones have a glass sandwich) has become a case has become a necessity, unfortunately this wireless charger isn't the most case friendly I've used. I've used several phones during the course I've had the Official Samsung Wireless Convertible charger (Galaxy S8, LG G6, Galaxy S8 Active, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S9+). With the S8 It worked with my red pepper waterproof case just fine in both portrait and Landscape mode with no problems, with my LG G6 it worked with all the cases I used for it not problem (Ghostek Atomic 3, Temdan Waterproof, and UAG Plasma) however when I got the s8 Active I started to notice issues with cases, the Iblason and Supcase Unicorn beetle pro unicorn beetle wouldn't charge if I put the phone in landscape in the stand and even had issues with portrait, however when I got the Spigen Rugged Armor it charged no Problem, The Note 8 had the same issues with my Ghostek Nautical and even my slim red pepper cases, Ghostek Nautical for the s9+ had the same issues as well however my youmaker case for my so works flawlessly with the charger in stand mode. Before you buy this make sure the case you get is not very bulky otherwise you make have issues.

This charging stand is awesome. I can charge my Samsung on its side or upright. It also is great to prop up my phone to view videos. I've also found that this stand is better at charging my phone than other wireless chargers. I don't have to find a 'sweet spot.' I can just place it on the stand and it charges. All around great product.
