Got it as an open box, although the unboxing left much to desired (didn't even come with the orginal box, and the individual buds were just thrown in a white box), the product itself was definitely an upgrade from my Airpod pros which broke. Was debating between this or the pro, but decided the FE were better for the price, which was the right choice. Not too mucu customization but for the price it's good, and the battery life is excellent; you could probably go the whole day and still have a decent percent left in the tank.

They where good although it's sad that i put them in the washer by accident and it don't work but at least it work during the year 2025 and it's great and good quality if you have a samsung galaxy due to it you can change the equalizer and make it 10× better not gonna lie but it has an esay setting to the new update to change it and let's me use Gemini and bixby with hands free

I purchased an "open-box" model of these buds as a replacement for my previous Buds2 Pro. This item was an improvement in several ways over the older model. However, the lower audio bit rate and ANC capability are a clear indicator of these being an entry-level model. Having said that, they are fully functional and a great option for anyone seeking an affordable, "no-frills" set of Samsung earbuds to use with their newer Galaxy phones.

I'm so happy with this purchase. These buds fit right in my little ears with no problems, and the sound quality is great. No complaints and I like the style of this case because it's not bulky. They sync well with my new phone and I couldn't be happier.

Fits comfortably in my ear battery life is good as well better sound quality than my previous buds

The sound is much better than I anticipated! Battery life is good, ANC is very impressive. The only grief that I have is the fit may be unreliable for my ears after some time, but since I use these during my commutes, they absolutely serve their purpose for me!

Purchased as a Christmas present and the recipient loves them. Also bought a pair for myself and they're fantastic. Very comfortable and the sound quality is great.

I love them, fit is comfortable and sound quality is amazing, they don't hurt my ears and sound goes really loud, plus the other functions to be able to hear people talking while playing music is great for listening to your surrounding while listening to music

They are amazing for the price! Battery life lasts long, sound quality is amazing as well as the noise cancellation feature!

These sound pretty good, or did for the 15 seconds at a time i could get them to stay in my ear. I have a few other styles (the ones that look like a little button that go in your ear work best, i have bigger ears) that stay in, these stick style just don't and it's too bad, these have a handful of cool features and synced right up with my phone the second they turned on. I did return them, but only doing 4 stars since i couldn't actually use them. not any design flaw or anything, it just didn't fit my ear anatomy.

Always used an aiprod because of the po hone, but since i switched to samsung and got myself this its been a game changer. Very light and sound quality is immense. The battery life is also very good. Would recommend if you are looking for a budget earbuds

Hold charge pretty well and sound good, wish they had a mute function for the mic would be my only complaint

I got them tl replace my previous galaxy earbuds, this also have good sound, and connection.

This item is very easy to pair. Very comfortable however the charge sucks. All previous Samsung Earbuds hold a way lomger charge than these. The charge on Samsung Pro, live and 2 last a couple days. I cannot even go 6 hours without having to charge these. Disappointing. Sound is clear. Thinking about returning.
