She likes it the more she uses it. Had to buy a stylist for her. Just took her chip out the flip phone an put in the new one an all her information was transfered .consumer cellular is a senior phone but it looks modern

Now, I am very pleased to know I can make my communications much easier and more meaningful with these new features. They are very intuitive once you try to use them. I am happy with my J3.

It is a well priced phone that is not too difficult to learn how to use. We have it on Consumer Cellular plan which very reasonable. The phone produces good clear audio on calls.

I had to print out their manual from their website, it's larger than the device, a bad sign.
