Took awhile to get it 'up and running' properly, but that was the fault of the provider I chose, not the phone. I am pleased with the quality of the phone and it meets my needs professionally and personally.

This phone is so easy to work. Everything about this phone is very straight forward , even if you're new to smart phones. I love this phone, it would not disappoint.

While it was unlocked it was an AT&T branded phone. And I have Metro PCS. The Sim card worked, but I had limited functionality of the phone. I was very upset and had to return it.

I though I'd had read all the details on the website but i guess i didn't. I was unable to get to the store to purchase a new cell phone. I've never had issues w online orders. Unfortunately i got messed up w using the filters when eliminating phones. They took it back but i ended up stuck in a long line in the cell phone area...sigh.

This is so simply to use I would totally recommend this product.

I really love the camera. If you need very good quality camera this is a shoo in because of it is very high defined HD and is great for the outdoors.my only problem is its capability to zoom on objects.

I am in love with my new S5 Samsung Galaxy! It has nice features and easy to navigate. It is unlocked and ready to use!

My son and I love the phone. We didnt want to spend a fortune but wanted to upgrade.This phone is great for our needs.

I bought this phone because of the brand and I love Android phones. Sadly, this phone did not meet expectations. It was not powering on properly and really didn't function well. I also did not get good service when I called customer service... Combined I just returned it for Moto X which is surprisingly an excellent choice.

Needed an upgrade and replace my wife's old Samsung. She really likes her new phone

This was a replacement phone for a Galaxy S4 for a child. It worked fine in the beginning but then began to not hold it's charge and ultimately stopped working after less than a year. Understanding new phones are coming out every year, I would have expected a shorter lifespan than average but the S4 lasted over 3 years.

This phone is good for begginers and offers alot of tools for a common day user. They person i gave it to appreciated this item dearly.

I knew it was not the best one out but it is not as good as what I checked about it.

Great good good product to use and very fast enough for me to play games

Not what I expected for a new phone. The first day that I received the phone from the mail, I took it out the box and it already had problems. The screen would not unlock. When I finally got it to unlock, it would unlock and not unlock off and on. I basically had to continuously try to do a factory reset on it when it was suppose to be brand new. The Best Buy representatives that I spoke with were no help. I needed a new phone but basically they told me I could not exchange it for the same type of phone. Either I had to return it and be phoneless or keep this problem phone. It's cheaply made. The volume side bar has come out and the back it flimsy. I would not recommend this phone especially buying it from Best Buy online.

Galaxi S5 is an excellent cell phone and the attention to the client in Best Buy is super excellent. When I bought in Towson they didn't have in stock but they sent me the product to the hotel in Baltimore. I was there. They are very serious. Now, Galaxy is working very good in Ecuador.

Already saying I am out of device storage... seriously?... annoying. But I do like the phone other than that.

S5 is a good phone. Still have apps of AT&T in the phone. But it is not a big problem
