Amazing phone! It was a great upgrade from an old LG stylo phone, It is a nice phone for games such as, Minecraft, Pokemon Go, Call of Duty Mobile, Genshin Impact, and Fortnite!

It hase been a great phone so far. Display and camera are both great. Only thing is that battery is not a noticable improvement over previous model.

This phone is quick, alot of features. Free apps. The camera quality is really good but its extra features with editing photos and app open split is great to open 2 apps at once. We love best buy. Staff is always so helpful when talking about cell phones. Samsung is our go to brand.

Battery could be better. Otherwise it has an improved camera on the previous models and is otherwise the same.

It took some getting used to, but I really like this phone despite a clunky screenshot function (two buttons on one side of the phone, which makes for an awkward hold). Camera picture quality is outstanding.

If I had known that the purchase of this phone and phone service recommended by the TotalTech staff I would never have purchaed a phone from Best Buy. After extensive attempts I lost my phone number - that I had for over 10 years- and the cost (and loss) of losing contacts and business has cost me thousands of dollars in new stationery, contacts, calls, advertising, etc - because the number was not able to be transferred. Your staff have been friendly and helpful for me for years, but this was a big issue and I have lost confidence in Best Buy Phone is OK - not as easy as past phone for photos

This Samsung S23 phone has some great features for someone who wants a a nice and simple phone for everyday use. Great camera and memory storage to use.
