Best buy is the place

The camera quality is really good but its extra features with editing photos and app open split is great to open 2 apps at once. We love best buy. Staff is always so helpful when talking about cell phones. Samsung is our go to brand.

Camera picture quality is outstanding.

After extensive attempts I lost my phone number - that I had for over 10 years- and the cost (and loss) of losing contacts and business has cost me thousands of dollars in new stationery, contacts, calls, advertising, etc - because the number was not able to be transferred. Your staff have been friendly and helpful for me for years, but this was a big issue and I have lost confidence in Best Buy Phone is OK - not as easy as past phone for photos
