    I love my S26 Ultra. However my original purchase was stolen out of the box while being delivered. I preordered it thru bestbuy.com. Ut took a week & multiple calls to get Best Buy to "cancel" the order so I could get a new phone. Even then I had to turn to social media to get Best Buy to fix the issue. So if you want the phone DO NOT have it shipped!

    Worst Samsung phone I've ever owned

    I owned a lot Samsung phones from S4 to S23 and Notes but S26 ultra is the worst phone I've ever had and I wish this time I have listen to my kids and switch to IPhone. The Samsung AI is intrusive and constantly trying to do it's way and not my way. I eventually turnet off it but still phone feels awkward and nothing is like on the olde one and I wish I didn't upgraded to this one from S23 ultra. This is definitely my last Samsung phone. I will try Google phone maybe but probably this will be my last Android.
