I went in the store needing a phone because I could not update my square app among other apps. and came out within 15 to 20 minutes with this one after looking at 4 others. Based on what I told the sales rep I needed this is what I came out with.. I needed a phone that had memory, and could be used for both personal and business use. This was it and it is meeting my needs perfectly.

Considering the whole package, it is indeed the best phone out there. Being the unlocked version, this phone can be used on practically any GSM or CDMA network. (Not because it is factory unlocked, but becaused only this model can operate on all those bands.) There are some features I was not crazy about before I purchased this phone, e.g. curved screen edges, location of fingerprint sensor, phone being too long for the thumb to reach top of screen, no upgraded camera since the S7, and only 4GB RAM, but after two weeks of use, they don't seem to be bothering anymore. I could also think of a mini projector that would be nice to have, but hey, anything can be made better. And I'm sure the S9 will. Until then, this is IT. If you can afford one, buy one. You won't regret it. Samsung made a really nice job with both the hardware and the interface and the apps. Well done.

This is My first smartphone with all the bells and whistles. Easy to use.

We tried Motorola for just 3 months and ran back to Samsung. There are Samsung reps at Best Buy. They fixed everything We didn't have to do a thing -- first time ever! Great device, easy to use, camera is PHENOMENAL, lightweight, and just terrific.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is a nice upgrade from the S5 that I had. Phone is super easy to handle. I love the size and the design. My favorite is the camera. The least favorite feature is Bixby.... She's and idiot and can never understand me. LOL

I purchased the Samsung Note 8 for a hefty price and I had high expectations for it that I thought it would never be able to live up to. Boy was I wrong! This phone has blown me away and all the anxiety I had paying such a high price seems laughable. This phone is the best phone in the market, in my opinion. Buy without any apprehensions, you will not be disappointed.

I was skeptical, because I was an iPhone user, about switching to Android. I was concerned about all my iphone friends on imessage and the like. I was skeptical about losing my iOS emojis. All of that disappeared when I took my new phone out of the box and booted it up. It has been a wonderful experience. Simply beautiful. My friends just have to deal with green texts but with all the other alternate messaging options, who cares! Facetime? The people I facetime with on Snapchat and Facebook Messenger video. Emoji? I've only been using them since 2012-ish anyways, its like people forgot what pre-2011 texting looked like but the ones on here are better than the stock ones! Overall, the device is great but if you're an iphone user and those concerns worry you... don't let them hold you back from getting the best smartphone in history.
