Great camera and visibility and speed best buy had great service!

My husband and I have bought the Samsung Galaxy phones for many years. We started with the S3, then had the S5, and now we both have the S8. They've all been great, I still use my S3 as a music player for my granddaughters "nite nite" music. The camera on the S8 takes great pictures, I pick the Samsung over I-phone every time.

I've used this unlocked phone on two carriers. I've used the phone on T-Mobile and Verizon and haven't had problems on either carrier.

The Bixby button is the biggest downfall of this phone, and with its location right under the volume buttons, I always seem to accidentally open it. Additionally, when I start my device, my wallpaper always only covers half the screen for the first minute and changes back to its original form. Other than these two quirks, there is nothing majorly wrong with the device, and it is smooth and easy to use. Camera quality is great and not too much lag with the touchscreen.

I'm on my second S8, I returned the first one because the blue shirt scratched the screen while putting on, ironically enough, a screen protector. I was contemplating returning it anyway, because the first phone had some issues. Brand new phone battery needed charging daily, despite not being a heavy and constant user. Also the phone was very difficult to connect to bluetooth devices, and wouldn't connect to one set of headphones despite repeated tries. Sometimes when I would touch keys, e.g. to answer or disconnect a call it wouldn't respond. I'm happy to say my replacement phone has none of these issues. It does take a couple of tries to get it to connect to bluetooth devices, but so far it has synced up in the end. My only issue with this phone so far is Samsung pay does not work anywhere. I reset the app today, so I'll see if that fixes it. If not, I'm not sure I'll keep the phone. If I'm paying this much money for a phone I want everything that is supposed to work to work. And Samsung spends money on advertising to tout it as one of the big features of the phone. It is definitely a beautiful and awesome phone, great screen resolution, fast processor. I got the midnight black, and it is a serious fingerprint magnet, as in prints all over the screen, but I just keep a microfiber cloth handy and wipe it down once or twice a day. Taking it to Best Buy tonight since today is the deadline to return it, and I'll see if I/they can get the Samsung Pay to work.

Awesome phone, with great camera and long lasting battery life.

I bought this as a gift for someone that is a loyal Samsung phone user and they said it was the best one yet. Great video and sound.

Come with lots of features, good camera,slick design etc.

I am still learning the complexities of this phone, but the intricacies I have discovered have added security to my traveling and a backup camera when unprepared. The lens capacity rivals my hand camera. I also have access to memory that my brain can no longer carry. I find myself wondering how I ever lived without a smart phone.

The phone is fabulous! The best in the market I believe with all the features you can imagine...Super happy with the choice I made!

I am not an android person (i don't have time to kill with a phone/several resatrts and crashes etc-but i do understand them too) however the screen of this phone is a few years away technology compared with iphones.

Went from a Nexus 5 to the Samsung Galaxy S8. I love the edge! Taken a little to get used to having a new phone, but it is awesome!
