Upgraded from the S6 and quite the difference. Fast and great camera. Battery life pretty good too.

This phone is so easy to use it also has all the features that you need long battery great camera

Been a fan of Samsung for years and have had good luck always with their phones. Had the S8+ previously and was a great phone, but kinda large. So when I upgraded to the S9 I didn't go with the + this time and am very happy I didn't because the S9 is a much more user friendly size. Camera is great and improved and the new location for finger print access is better. Got a great deal at Best Buy with $300 off so can't beat it in my opinion

I upgraded to the S9 from the S7. The camera is definitely better and overall the phone is faster. I haven't had any problems using apps, connecting to wifi or using data. I am not a big fan of the edge and the tab pullout, because I often hit it accidentally, and the home bottom tab sometimes gets in the way of apps I am using. Lastly, I don't use Bixby, so that's kind of a waste of a button. Overall though, I like the phone.

Great cell by Samsung. Great battery life, great camera. Lots of options. Very good processor.

This was my first smart phone so I did have a lot of difficulties with learning the different apps, etc. that were available to me. The help lines at both Verizon and Samsung were excellent at answering my questions. Some of the on-line tutorials may need to be updated to include the changes that were made to the S9 version of this phone. The camera is great and is easy to use. The battery lasts a long time and recharges quickly.

Good speed, great camera. Best battery so far for android. I can go nearly 2.5 days before charging.

The Samsung s9 is an excellent phone. The best feature is the camera. It takes the best pictures and it comes out very clear. In addition, the display is crystal clear and the colors are very vibrant. There are plenty of ringtones and sound notifications to choose from as opposed to the earlier versions of this phone. It is also very easy to use. I definitely recommend this phone.

charges faster, holds the charge longer, more storage, easy to set up, great functionality, worth spending the money even if you are not one who has to have the latest and greatest model

This was an upgrade from a Samsung Galaxy 6, and as you would expect, the S9 is superior in every way. I especially like the screen quality and battery life. The only thing I don't like is that some apps/functions are difficult to use when they wrap around onto the curved edge of the screen. It isn't enough to lower the rating, but probably is common with other wide-edge screen phones today.

So far this phone has been great. Fast, great camera, long battery life. I'm happy.

The Galaxy S9 is a full featured Android phone with all of the bells and whistles one could imagine. The screen as very bright and crisp and it is easy to use. The camera is surprisingly good. I haven't been a fan of phone cameras in the past, but this one might make me a believer. This phone is competitive with any out there and considering that its price is below most, it is an excellent choice.

My daughter needed a newer phone recently, her S7 was starting to show age and before she went back to college we looked around. We looked at iPhones, LG, Google, etc It came down to the Pixel 3 or the S9, why not S10? Price, simple as that. We are not very interested in iPhones, had them, don't care for the ecosystem. Anyway, daughter decided on the Pixel 3 against my recommendation of the S9. She hated the Pixel 3, not because it was a bad phone, but more because of the ecosystem the Samsung has created. Not to mention you cannot control the haptic vibration strength. The phone vibrates FAR too softly to be useful, even on the table right in front of me I could not hear it or feel it. There were other little things she disliked as well, so back to BB for an S9. In the end, she is very happy with the S9, feels back at home in the Samsung ecosystem. The S9 has a ton of great features which you can find on the internet, but sometimes it is the little things that matter most. I have had a S3-S9 and loved them all. They just work and while other phones might offer a better this or that, in the end Samsung always pulls me back because of the complete package nature of their phones. Others get it too, but Samsung does it best IMHO. You decide what's right for you, but the S9 is an excellent phone.

When first purchased there was an issue with compatibility with a Samsung charging pad. Kept showing charging interrupted. Since latest set of operating system updates though, charging function now works fine. Upgraded from a Galaxy S4 and this phone is really so much better. Very reasonable run time on a charge. Great screen and camera. Very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic camera, fast phone, great battery. Not much more you could ask for.
