I am an average user who just needs browsing, occasional streaming, common apps (shopping, social media, video, music, maps etc.). I also use a tablet for teaching (e-textbook and projecting materials in the classroom). I couldn't be happier with this tablet! I had an 10.2 iPad before which also worked great but with this Samsung you get a way bigger screen. I was a little bit hesitant about switching to Samsung because of the apps' performance (which is still the best on Apple products), but I was pleasantly surprised by how well the apps respond. They are not glitchy or weird looking. I would suggest installing the Nova Launcher to get bigger and nicer looking icons which have dozens of customization options . Another plus is the freedom Android system offers in terms of designing your screens. I also like the general tone and palette better on this Samsung. Since it is not the premium model the colors are not that saturated and glossy; at the same time they are warmer and more vivid than on Apple pads. It is a natural balance and very pleasant to the eye. The S pen is a nice addition for pointing and scrolling. I don't do any graphic design or much hand writing but I find it useful to grab the pen and take a quick note now and then. I discovered the coloring/drawing book (the "Penup" app) and it is a lot of fun to take a creative minute whenever you feel like it. This tablet is rather "narrow" or "long" (again if comparing to the iPad), which makes it easier to use on your lap or hold in your hand, but it is something to keep in mind if you like more proportionate or square like shape. In sum, the correlation between price and quality of this product is optimal unlike the 900$ and up premium tablets. Kudos to Samsung for a very attractive and functional new gadget!

Bought this for my wife and she loves it! She plays games on it as well as uses it for work sometimes. She's able to digitally sign documents right from the tablet using the S Pen. Zoom works well for meetings. The size of the screen is perfect... not too big and not too small. It's pretty thin and lightweight with a fairly long battery life. So basically it does what she needs it to do for the price.

This tablet has been exactly what I was looking for; it's been great for my digital art, editing photos, keeping up with scheduling, and just browsing around. The pen is like a normal pencil, nice and slender which makes drawing very natural feeling. The battery life is fantastic as well, even better then my phone. Overall, great tablet, definitely recommend this!

Got this on Black Friday for Mom. It is replacing a 4 year old Samsung tablet. She plays simple candy crush style games on it. Loves the big screen, the stylus and bigger battery. If I didn't have 3 PC's and a pixel 7 pro phone...I might want to get one of these tablets for myself... I think I have enough screens though at the moment...

First, I go to Best Buy for all my electronics and related systems. I use their protection programs and was advised and upgraded to "Total Tech" that has already earned it's cost/value. My new Tab S7 FE 12.4" 64GB - WiFi - with S-pen - Mystic Black is just the up grade I needed. I put a crack in the screen of my Tab 6 and though it still works, it's just a matter of time. Im more apt to take it with me more. The Tab 7 with its bigger screen and more capabilities that I have yet to learn! I'm late to the computer era. A holdout to snail mail, linen paper stationary and fountain pen to email was a shock! Yet I continued. I forget a lot of what I learn and get myself in trouble but Best Buy has Never let me down. I can call and make an appointment and no matter how simple my issue is, I'm never made to feel less than. I'm taught the lesson and leave knowing more. I chose Samsung products, they've been great product products for me. It's Best Buy that I buy them from because of the Quality of Service. This review isn't about the tablet as much as why I bought it from Best Buy. This is why I will continue to bring my business to Best Buy.

Overall an amazing and fast working tablet!! I love the fact that the pen is very helpful! Battery life overall is excellent! We play games on it and the screen size is perfect! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS TABLET!! Best tablet for a friendly budget!!

I originally bought one for my wife so that she could use it with her Cricut machine. I ended up wanting to keep it for myself so I purchased another one. The speed of the processor and the resolution are top notch. The battery life is great. Save yourself some money and just get the 64 gig S7. You can get an SD card and bump it up cheaper than buying a 128 or higher. Look elsewhere at getting your accessories also. My case with screen protector was $30.

So far, I have no real complaints. Performance for regular tasks. No issue. I've found multitasking is a little stuttery when first engaged, then it levels out. The S-Pen works like a charm. Overall great tablet.

I really like this tablet, it is great for drawing and the s-pen is comparably better than the apple pencil. The only downside would be the amount of creative software available to samsung/android, you wont be able to use adobe software unless you use the tablet to mirror your laptop. But overall for any other activity it is a good tablet.

The tablet is everything I was looking for great screen quality sound and the s pen comes in very handy.

I've used all kinds of tablets from ipad to android tablets. This one is a keeper for value-to-price. First of all, the pen is included and works very well. This tablet also function "close-to" a desktop (with a caveat*) using dex. However conveniant, the dex experience on this tablet is not the best. I believe the chip is underpowered for dex and sometimes movement is laggy, Nonetheless, for quick 'get-the-job-done' situations, it's my go-to.

This is a great tablet even though it is a few generations back, it feels, looks, and acts like the newest model. Even comes with a stylus which makes navigating even easier. I would highly recommend this Samsung tablet. I enjoy the Samsung vase with it. Flawless interchange together. Purchased both at Best Buy!

I use my tablet a lot, very intuitive, and easy to use. I added a screen protection that feels like paper and I love it.

It works great. But it's a bit slow because of the ram. But not a big deal for me. Although because I got it opened box there is a couple of areas on the screen when the pen thinks it's a cm off from where the point of my pen is writing.

Awesome Samsung did it this time, great tablet, big screen. I love it. Comes with a stylus pen. This is the best, big tablet,with awesome features. I am a big fan of Samsung

I have completely bought into the apple ecosystem(iPhone, Watch, MacBook Pro and iPad) but it had been about 6 years since my last tablet purchase. I compared this tablet and the iPad Pro side by side and the SAMSUNG tablet checked all the boxes for me. Value vs performance and it wasn’t even close, by the time I priced out the iPad, keyboard and pen I was closing in on $1500 vs $525 all in for the Samsung tablet at 64GB(purchased a 256 micro SD for $30) so $555 for a tablet, keyboard and pen.

The picture is sooooo clear on this. I also like how I can download more apps on this device than my amazon fire hd tablet. The battery life is not too shabby either. Very good product - especially for the price!

The Tablet is fantastic. Got it as a gift for my wife since she draws digitally. Pen works amazing.

But pricey but it does everything we wanted it for and beautiful screen quality. We appreciate the detachable keyboard.
