So, ordered it, got it delivered, opened it, and was instantly mesmerized by how good it looked paired with my galaxy tab s9 beige. Unfortunately that only lasted for a day, since the next night I noticed the edges having black stains which took 30 minutes to have a decent cleaning effect on them. It absolutely sucks because samsung has no instructions on how to clean it, and even worse, no material list for this keyboard (to know what to clesn it with that wont damage the material) 200$ keyboard for this disappointment.

First of all, I love how the white looked right out of the box, but after 1 day fo usage, the edges are turning black and are very hard to clean, took 20 minutes to try and clean the keyboards black edges and there seems to be permanent stains and I dont know how to clean it, so I recommend not getting the white color since I made that big mistake and now will have to deal with it.

The case itself is fine, but it's not mentioned that after setting up your tablet, you need to update it in order for the keyboard to work. Also, the AI button doesn't work yet.. still needs an update

I personally really appreciate the design and think that the multi-angle kickstand feature of the rear piece is the highlight of the case. The flippable S-Pen protector is very clever, and allows you the option to use the rigid "shell" piece or not. The case will protect the front and back of the tablet from scratches but clearly is not meant to prevent damage from impact/drops. The keyboard & touchpad are more than adequate and I had no issues using it. Key-spacing works for my hands and typing style and the touchpad size is generous. Yes, it is white and I did get a couple of smudges on it from my first day using it in on a job site, but I'm not a stickler for keeping things clean and pristine. It's going to be used, so I anticipate it to get its fair share of marks and scratches since it is a case that offers basic protection for the screen and back of the tablet. I haven't experienced any issues with the edges turning black or similar like the other reviewer yet. One criticism is that it is surprisingly heavy despite it's slim appearance. With the keyboard detached, the magnetic back piece makes the tablet feel markedly heavier than without it. The keyboard piece compared to Microsoft's Surface keyboards feels almost twice as heavy, although it does feel more sturdy. Overall though, the total weight of the full case with the tablet is still less than my laptop and functionality it adds "outweighs" its physical weight. Also, the retail price for this is nuts. Samsung is definitely trying to ride on Apple's marketing strategy coattails on overpriced accessories, I would only get this on sale. All in all, it's a sleek, well designed and durable keyboard case.

A bit expensive but it does what it's advertised. Has a nice texture to it and allows you to use your tablet like a laptop. Stand feels solid and can be adjusted almost all the way back. Keyboard feels good and while the touchpad is a little cramped it does work well.

This keyboard was not functional without a firmware update when paired with one of the tablets it says its compatible with on the box. I paired this with a brand new S9FE and no keyboard/touchpad functions would work until the tablet was updated. Paying $200 for an official Samsung keyboard that doesn't work with a brand new tablet out of the box was disappointing.

A little flimsy. No backlit keyboard. Trackpad lags sometimes.

I am glad i didn't pickup those cheap substitute sold on Amazon. Always use one made by Samsung. It works well, its sturdy and meant to be together with tablet

What good is an AI key. When you use it all you get is "update coming soon" Sam e for the Tab Ultra

Very nice tab keyboard book cover. Easy to use. Nice app layout and screen display. If tablet is grabbed too quickly, keyboard disconnects from tablet. Easy to connect and disconnect from tablet.
