The clincher were Microsoft Office components (Excel, Word, Power Point apps) available on the View. They might not really be full featured as advertised; one of my complex spreadsheets with embedded macros did not run successfully. Slightly slower than my regular tablet and probably not as potent as Microsoft Surface but only a fraction of their cost. I am trying to implement the View as a 'PC experience' as one of the floor associates has characterized it. So far, I am very pleased with the purchase. Plan to test Skype and movie watching in the near future.

Except it was heavy for me and not easy to move around. Many good features there except for its weight.

I recently purchased the galaxy view to set up in my kitchen. I love that I can stream Netflix and check my recipes all while cooking dinner. I also love the portability that I can pick it up and take it with me, especially if my kids are occupying the tv with stuff I'd rather not watch.

Purchased for my wife for Christmas and it's a great product. My only problem is the power cord which I just recently replaced.

Love the huge size of this tablet. Great when a normal tablet is too small to see. Function just like my Samsung Galaxy just bigger bigger bigger

I'm surprised how much I like this tablet. It's very large, but that's what I like best. I stand it on coffee table as I'm watching TV and use it as second screen to surf web, look up entertainment things etc. I have over a dozen tablets and this is the only one I use every day.

Very good receiver for the price. Lots of connection options, works good with the TV using HDMI, DVD player, and CD player, including Aux input for mp3's off my phone. Sound quality and surround are excellent as well. Decent reception from the radio receiver too.

I am the last person to use technical stuff. My husband got one and I always took it and used it. He bought it for my birthday and I carry it all around the house. It is amazing for online slot machines as well. Stand is awesome for use in chairs,counters and in bed.

Bought it for the family. Good for watching a movie on a counter top or desk with a bigger screen but really inconvenient to carry it around. Wish the price could be a bit cheaper as well or comes with higher resolution.

I got this for my father, who is over 80 and needs a larger font and a larger picture. With this tablet, I introduced him to Skype and Google earth. This tablet is especially good for those apps. We both love the fact that we can use this tablet without going to hunt for reading glasses. Haven't done a lot more with it yet, but I like it a lot.

I love it i like to watch movies that one good big screen and you use for everything

It takes some getting used to the size but it works fast and is an excellent price

I have always been a Samsung guy, and this tablet only love them more. This huge screen is very clear for watching movies, the graphics are great for playing games. My wife laughed at me for wanting this tablet but now she loves it and uses it almost as much as I do.

Purchased this tablet for my wife as a gift and I have to say she is very happy with it. The tablet provides a crystal clear picture when streaming and great to play online games on. Pricing was in line with what I expected and the purchase was well worth it.

It's nice to have a big screen. I enjoy looking movies, series and photos. But it is a little slow on certain apps like google maps, no a deal breaker. But perhaps performance demanding apps are going to give you a subpar experience. So keep it in mind.

Its great for so many things, its so much easier to tote around instead of the laptop. I originally purchased it for reading my online certification books, but I've began using it for so much more. My mom loved mine so much that she ended up getting her own.

Great product I bought it for the master bath so I wouldn't have to hardwire cables or worry about electrical the eight hour battery life is fantastic I love taking it outdoors on the deck in good and nice weather. Outdoor Movies at night! May have to get another one.
