Okay performance

The only CON: battery does not last after extended use despite being fully charged and will constantly restart if not plugged up and charged. Loved this device until after about a year of use when the complications arose.

Not very happy

I was told by your sales guy I could...I cant get my Amazon Prime movies, etc....very disappointed. O thought because it was compatible with the Alexia it would be with all Amazon apps. Wrong.

I was looking for a large tablet but the inability to remove the kickstand from the back makes this tablet about four inches thick. Just not for me.

no camera

The only camera is from the screen , which has that backwards mirror effect. Also the live Facebook feature makes your head look huge. Lost a few of my games too because they come up as not being compatible.

Terrible

Called Best Buy and they wouldn’t replace because Samsung had a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Samsung tried to repair and it did not work. Im 6 months in and terrible purchase. Best Buy and Samsung refuse to replace.
