Greatest tablet I've ever owned. Hate to say it but size does matter. I use this tablet when family and friends get together for karaoke nights and there's no need to hook up to a TV monitor. Great resolution and excellent reliability.

I've had it for several weeks now and all I can say is AWESOME. It's really huge tablet that you can watch your favorite films and TV shows and explore the Web both at home and on the go with a large 18.4" display that presents a 1920 x 1080 Full HD picture. An octa-core processor ensures fast, responsive performance, and a front-facing camera lets you video chat in HD. I mostly use it at my job where I never miss any sports, I recommend if you don't mind carrying around a hugh tablet...

I am so in love with this device! I am able to share movies with the family on the go without straining our eyes. Library, park or wherever it's the best!

This thing is SOLID if you want a huge screen to work, play, and watch on. For the right person, this is the best/only option for a large screen tablet.

The tablet is easy to use for the entire family. The large screen and sharp images makes this a great for movie watching and multitasking. One downfall would be that some apps don't support the wide screen of this tablet.

I have ben using the Samsung View Galaxy primarily for watching educational videos on the go, and it has been an excellent tablet, especially for videos that need a big screen to show the details.

I've had my Galaxy View for about 6 weeks now. I really enjoy it. It's not the fastest processor in the world, but it does the job. What I like most about it is the large screen and how quickly you access favorite media sites such as Netflix, YouTube, HBO, etc. Even though it doesn't have the top of the line resolution, the movies and TV series just look great on this screen. I would recommend this product as a supplement to any smaller tablet you might own.

This is huge. The battery life is great. I use it for so many things. It is bulky but no complaints so far.

Using it like a portable TV that is why I bought it for that it works like a very god tablet/TV good luck all furure purchasers enjoy it one of a kind

I bought this device a few months ago and I have to say it is a great social media device for web browsing, emailing, and social media connecting. The screen has very good picture quality and detail. The speakers are loud and clear and the processor has good speed. As far as being a laptop replacement I don't know about that but it makes a great oversized tablet. If you are looking for something along those lines then this is the machine for you.

I love this device. I carry it all over the house. I use it for email, facebook, TV, play back recorded TV programs from Comcast, banking and on and on, the uses seem to be endless.

Got this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. She can download apps to watch TV and movies. Perfect kitchen accessory and portable enough to take anywhere in the house.

A unique need was filled with this unit. At the price point I have not found a better solution for viewing videos and displaying documents. When sitting withing 3 to 6 feet, all aspects of this tablet are just fine. Speakers are good enough to watch and enjoy videos. Display is bright and clean enough to display sheet music and other documents as well as do some photo editing. The performance is not real high; but neither is the price i.e. it plays .mp4 videos just fine but is not fast enough to decode .iso files. External storage is only via micro SD card which means no connection to external hard drives except by Bluetooth or wifi. A 128 gb card works fine. Headset jack, micro USB port and power jack are the only connectors. It does have very good battery life but unfortunately will not charge via the USB port, requiring the dedicated charger. Contrary to some other reports the back plate/stand does indeed snap off easily with the use of a small, straight tool. It snaps back on securely with no tools required. All told it was a good choice.

This is a very nice product to use as an extra portable TV. We move it from kitchen to deck and really enjoy the large clear picture. We very seldom use it as a tablet, it is too large to comfortably use on your lap.The built in handle / stand is not removal, but it does give you very good working positions on a table.

My whole family loves it, my kids watch Netflix and i browse the internet anywhere in my home or thees wifi

I have been happy with this tablet. I love the size because I had already owned a Dell 18 inch tablet and knew this was a great size. The tablet works just as well as all the Samsung Galaxy tablet. The large size is great for viewing Netflix, etc. I find it easy to carry around and use. I like the back stand and it easily comes off. The only negative is that the screen does not rotate, which I miss when playing certain games.

We love the oversized nature of this tablet. Great for looking up things quickly and having a portable TV.

Purchased this on as a secondary streaming device for trips, however my child has taken it over in her room. Hours of playtime on full charge, display is clear and crisp and audio is good.

I'm so very happy with my new Samsung Galaxy View. This is such a great product and I use it everyday. I have shown all of my friends and coworkers. This is my 'go to' tablet every time.

I love my Galaxy View! I have showed it to all my friends and several of them are getting one too! I bought it to replace my laptop, but I think I'm still going to buy a new laptop. The whole family uses it and I love how big the screen is!
