Crisp clear and reduces noise when I'm on my way to work on the bus..even if my phone is on vibrate I still get incoming texts messages and let's me know whose calling and if I get emails...major plus are the 3 sizes of neck guards great when I go running n ear pieces stay in while I run.have it for 2months plus 2yr geek squad protection definitely is a great pair for my note 4 chargers fast in 25mins n can go 3 days without charging when turned of after use easy volume sipping up n down ....in love absolutely recommend n I get lots of compliments...great good samsung

I would recommend these headphones. They sound great , they're comfortable and for once they fit in my ears without falling out. The only problems I have with them is that they don't cancel outside noises but with that said I'm very happy with them.

HIghly recommend this stylish and functional bluetooth. I would give it 41/2 stars as I've had other bluetooth head sets that did not stay in place or had breaks during music playback and this one suits my needs very well. Note that this is used with a Samsung Note 4 and it's fully compatible. Pros: Customizeable alerts, text-to-voice alerts, continuous music playback from last song no matter which app used, stays put for everyday use and sports use (i.e. running), light-weight, easy to set up and use, attractive (receive many compliments on the style/design), using as a hands-free headset works best when there is little background noise, long battery life (charge it once a week on average having it on for 8 to 10 hrs a day, not necessarily using it whole time), Works well with S voice commands for hands-free usage, connects to phone relatively quickly to easily switch from bluetooth speaker in car to headset Cons: Volume needs to be adjusted based on surroundings, volume control could be better, the plastic neck piece that comes with it to hold it in place during movement/exercise seems breakable and is annoying at times, talking on phone with hands-free headset picks up a lot of background noise.

This headphones are excellent for anyone looking to listen to music or games wirelessly. Quality is good. Battery life is excellent and they are comfortable. Putting the headphones in my ear the first time had a bit of a learning curve, I suggest looking at the pictures of people wearing so they stay inside the ear. I was putting them in with the wrong angle which would make them fall off all the time but once I figured it out they stay in place fine. If you are not using a collared shirt then I recommend using the neck guide at all times. The neck guide will also ensure the headphones do not fall out of your ear. The only thing I believe it lacks is a good microphone. Many times people complained about an echo when I talk and if I don't talk loudly they don't understand me and I never had that issue with the LG Tone. I believe the issue might be that the microphone is right by your ear so it fails to capture the audio correctly. Overall it is a great unit and what I prefer from the LG Tone is that the neck guide is slim so it isn't as intrusive as the LG Tone which is kind of thick. I recommend it to anyone but be patient if you are not used to this type of headphone it might take you a while to start enjoying it.

The good: - Pretty nice sound. - Wireless - I have a standing desk at work and not being tethered to my computer is very nice. - Music pauses automatically when you take them out and click them together. - Range is about 15-25 feet depending on wireless signal obstruction/interference, so I can move around a little bit and not get static. - Their fit does not interfere with my glasses. The Bad: - These headphones are very unstable. The battery pack that sits on your neck has some mass to it, so if you turn your head a lot, you're going to pull the headphones out of your ears. There isn't any sort of earlobe stabilizer on them, so the only thing holding them in is the suction of the plug. There is a "sweet spot" where turning your head doesn't make them fall out, but it takes a bit to find it - and you have to do that every time you put them on. - Don't even try to exercise with them. They come with a plastic neck holder that's supposed to stabilize them a bit better, but let's be honest: who the heck wants to wear that? - If you don't clean your ears often enough, then you will be reminded of this fact when you take them out and rest them against, say, a black shirt. Words no person ever thought they'd write, EVER. - I never tried to run a phone call through them, so I can't speak to that feature. - I want them to have more bass; - And I want an iOS app. Yeah, yeah, it's Samsung and they have their own phones, I get it. I still want an iOS app.

This bluetooth works really well. I love the fact that I don't have to wear it in my ear all day. It has all day lasting battery life. If you choose you can use it in both ears for great sound quality phone calls and music listening. Simple to use, affordable and light weight. You hardly even know your wearing it. It's very comfortable around your neck.

The headphones have trouble staying in your ears if your running but if your just working out then they are fine. I recommend using the Clear holder attachment for better support and adjusting the ear pieces for the best fit. The battery last me for about 6 x 1.5 hour workout sessions. Sound is great compared to Beats by Dre. My Beats were a pain to use due to either bulkiness or trouble staying in my ear (in-ear). Also ear pieces are a little large compared to other bluetooth headsets.

Great product. Battery lasts a exceptionally long time, and great sound quality. Syncs to my Samsung Gear 2 smart watch and Note 3 phone without a problem. My only nit is the earphones sometimes fall out if I turn my head too quickly. Otherwise, I can listen to stereo music and answer phone call and talk using the built in mic. I liked it so much, I bought two.

Great sound when ear buds properly fit in ear canal. If your neck is larger than 17, the clear holders may be tight on your neck. Not good for running or lots of movement, other than that I am happy with them. Love the seamless integration to my Samsung phone and the volume being controlled by just sliding your finger up or down the right ear bud.

I have gone through several wireless headphones trying to find one that I can workout with, run or go hiking without if falling out of my ears and has good sound quality (i have a slight hearing problem so clarity and volume are Very Important) for myself and for the people I talk to. For the most part I dont have very many complaints about the sound quality when talking to others. There have been a few times where I had to turn off my headset and use my phone so that they could hear me. It does not always cut out all of the background noise on my end so other people can hear me clearly. But all of the others I have tried are worse in that area or dont fit properly and I have had to return them. So, If the worst problem I have is to turn it off occationally to talk to someone then I am okay with that.

I purchased these mainly for the gym. They sync up to my phone with no problem. I like that you can turn them off with a switch unlike others that you would have to unpair it from your phone. Battery last a really long time. Sound quality is great. My only problem is they slip out of my ears when I'm working out. Good buy for the price.

Easy to use, long battery life, lightweight, great sound.

These headphones are fantastic! Great sound, comfortable in the ear, easy to connect, volume control very accessible, comfortable stabilizer for cycling. The only drawback I've found is that one regularly falls out of my ear, and the same thing happens to my husband with his. I wish there were different sizes of covers in the package.

These have good sound and are easy to use. The instructions for pairing with my phone were not completely clear but I figured it out. The only thing I don't like is the clear plastic neck pieces, none actually fit my neck well so the headphones will get pulled out of one ear because the neck piece has slid around to the side.

I've been using these headphones regularly now and for the most part, I enjoy them. They have a great ease of use, since they just hang around my neck like a necklace. The magnetic clasp keeps them locked in together for a secure fit. The package came with an additional accessory piece that attaches in the back and around your neck to keep it in place while working out, it comes in three sizes; small, medium or large. I tend to use that on a regular bases because what I've found is that, without the added support, the back strap tends to pull down because of the weight of the battery. This isn't a problem when I wear a collared shirt or Polo, however. Moreover, the sound quality is great and the enhancement to adjust the volume with just a slip up or down on the ear piece is impressive. In addition, I can have it connected with two devices at the same time. For instance, I can be connected to my tablet and connected to my smartphone and if a call comes in, the video or song I'm listening to on my tablet pauses and the call comes in from my smartphone. Very convenient. 4 out of 5 stars.

I bought these as a gift for my wife. I was torn between these and the LGs and settled on these. The sound is good and the features work well with the Samsung Edge. A little trouble getting use to the piece in the back of my neck and have to store them in the box they came in to keep them clean.

The sound is awesome in quiet spaces. In a noisier field, airplane or train the volume is questionable. Tried on all 3 ear buds that come with and none fit in the ear comfortably without coming out constantly when I'm on the track.

I bought this for my Samsung Note 4. I think this is a great addition to all my Samsung products. It fits comfortably around my neck. Battery life lasts a long time. The ear buds fit about the same as other headphones with the same type of ear buds. Quality of sound is great. Easy to pair and connect/reconnect to devices. I use it at work, when I workout, and at home. I really like using it at home to play my Xbox or watch movies. I pair it with my 50" Samsung 4K Smart TV. I recommend this to my friends and family.
