If You have a Galaxy note 8 you can have a great time with this gear VR. You can watch interactive videos VR movies or even play games. Excellent.

Get ready to have some fun and use up a bunch of space on your phone! It doesn't use battery to use, but your phone will drain much faster when going through the different apps, which is a draw back. It's be neat if Samsung made a little add on battery pack to help with that.

1st time using a VR headset. I like the concept but at times its hard for the camera and pictjre to focus. Sometimes leaving the pictures blurry.

I really enjoyed the headset and the ability to fit my Galaxy S8 Plus. The headset was comfortable and light. The major issue I had was with the remote. Everytime that I needed to use the headset, i had to re-pair the remote. It was a huge pain. I scoured the samsung site, as well as other internet help sites and finally gave up. It was returned.

You need to download some apps to view in virtual reality. It's ok.

We purchased this as an early family Christmas gift. Everyone in the family loves using them. Great for all ages, something for everyone.

I've only tried out a few things with my Oculus Rift, but it is petty fun, and immersive. I've currently got a 3rd sensor hooked up and tracking is very accurate, smooth. All the items are high quality, and i bought some covers for the foam interface of the headset, too.

Love to use my Samsung Gear VR headset for meditation and gaming! Very realistic interaction.

So after using the device for a couple of days, I can say with 100% truth that this is exactly what I as a gamer am looking for in terms of a unique and fun gaming experience. Every game that you play on the VR feels unique, especially with the integration of the gear VR controller. But, even with a note8, the screen door effect is too much to not notice. Playing games is acceptable because of the unique experience, but trying to use this device for entertainment such as watching movies or viewing 360 photos, it can't be overlooked.

I find this is a little better than the last version I had with the Note 5. Still lots of fun and a little bit more comfortable.

It excellent product I have galaxy note 8 the quality screen is great for this device I’m said very recommended for all ages.

Fun to watch with this. I’m blind in one eye, it does work, just a little off. I binged an Amazon series, it was definitely cool to use. I can’t even imagine what it would look like with “stereo” eyes! Only con is it does get a tad heavy after awhile.

When this first came out, I didn’t want to spend the money. Now, at Best Buy’s great price, it’s definitely a great deal

The system is adequate requiring some minor setup. Was surprised that given it was Samsung the default setup was not for Android phones. The system requires installation of an app on your phone and uses your phones screen. This has an advantage over the Oculus Go as you are not restricted by the apps that can be used. However playback was frequently halted as my Samsung phone would frequently overheat while using this device, something that have not experienced with the Oculus Go. Keep in mind that since it uses your phones screen any cracks or bad application of a screen protector can deter from the experience. Overall found this device to be adequate.
