Great experience purchasing my Samsung S24 Ultra from Bestbuy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right device quickly. Enough improvements to be an exciting upgrade (from S21), but similar enough in function that there wasn’t much that I had to learn. I’m older, so didn’t need many of the high-tech functions, but I do enjoy them more than I thought I would. This is my second GeekSquad refurbished phone…both are perfect. Excellent set-up/customer service from Best Buy to be out-the-door-ready! Definitely significantly improved battery life.

Upgraded because I had had the A53 for a few years. Very satisfied with this phone. Only complaint is that sometimes the camera doesn't open so I have to close the app and reopen.

S24 not the ultra is slighty better for thd value and the fact its quite a bit lighty ultra still provides valuable upgrades to the camera mainly

Bought a phone (S24U) on Thursday. Went to Geek counter to get data transfer, Was told that I needed an appointment for the following Monday!! I didn't need an appointment for the purchase! I think that the geek was overloaded - only one worker there. I have an annual service contract with the GS. I see the GS service going down hill, Is BB next?

Haven’t gotten such a big upgrade than this phone. Camera is better than expected. Took a photo of the moon and it showed everything. Couldn’t be happier

Bought this phone because the sales man said it was unlocked. Got it in the mail and tried to put it on boost mobile only to find out it was locked to Verizon. Went back to the store and ended up having to use Verizon for 60 days. Been over 60 day and now dealing with verizon to get it unlocked. They wouldn't take it back. Would not recommend anyone to buy from best buy. Corporate wouldn't even help me.
