I purchases watch for features which some were very well but one was misleading and it's the cardio feature not available in the United States so that features turned off the other is that I have a Samsung active 2 LTE watch which with better battery life and it's a two-year-old watch I'm finding myself using my old watch. I'm going to check into purchasing the Samsung Galaxy watch 5.

Completely satisfied. Can't even tell it wasn't brand new! All features work as they should, and there was no cosmetic damage at all. I highly recommend any recertfied or refrurbished items from Best Buy!

I love my galaxy watch 4 The band is comfortable , the display is bright and easy-to-see , the battery is ok,it needs to be charged Every day, the price was right ( refurbished) I like the way it looks, the classic look, it fits my needs and helps my exercise plan. So far it was a smart purchase. Now I need a new TV.

The design is cool. However the battery life is short which makes sense for a refurbished one with a fair price

It was a nice watch, but I returned. It had to many functions. It was not compatible to my phone

Love the sleek design and the ease of use. Does and can do more than I'd ever need out of it. I average a day and a half on a full charge, depending on usage. As a large watch lover, without perfect eyesight, this size is great!

Nice looking, comfortable, buttery life is good for a night out but all day using can only be done if your not using many of the apps but if you have it on battery saving it will last most of the day. Overall goot smart watch for the price.

I love this for the look and feel -100% I was a longtime iphone person for the last 15 years, and made the jump to Samsung/Android this year (2023). For me, personally, I am beyond happy with the decision, and appreciate the additional flexibility in terms of apps and abilities. I've learned through my own personal trial & error in regards to purchasing refurbished products...and Best Buy is #1 on that tiny list of retailers.

Love the watch. I wish there were more entertainment type apps for the watch. There really isnt much for being called a smart watch and costing an arm and a leg. I just expected more. Idk Battery life is total crap. You cant even use the sleep app tracker bcuz your battery life woukd never make it through an entire day and night.. and that is without using a single app throughout the day.

Had the watch for 4 weeks. So far so good. Battery life great, easier to figure out how to use than i thought. I love that I can peak at messages while at meetings or dinners without taking out my phone. This way its "nonchalant" . Still need a bit more time to be truly satisfied but so far so good!

Only a 3 star because the refurbished one i got doesnt hold a charge and hasnt held a good charge since i got it. Otherwise its nice ill be using the warranty soon to get a different watch.

Battery life is not as good as it should be. Watch works fine though.

Watch has great features on it. Calling on watch works well. Wish battery Life was better.

It is a pretty neat little watch, I like the spinning bezel. It has lots of options. Battery life is OK, I get a little over a day, but it may get better as it gets used to my style

The watch has a beautiful screen, the dial is smooth. There has not been any issues with battery life lasting all day. The customization of the watch face is very cool. Would definitely recommend trying it.

Limited functionalities for instance the Bixby bish is NO Siri or Alexa, battery dies fast as hell.....

I love this watch. it is exactly what I wanted. I like the fact that I can my photos to the face.

Great replacement watch for my fossil. Glad I went back to Samsung
