Pros: easy to use, good quality, good resolution, tactile bezel, steps counter is spot on. Cons: short battery life (battery lasts 1 day, maybe 2 at the most), I usually have to repeat the screen-on gesture to wake the screen.

I bought this wacth in August of this year and I really haven't had the time to wear it. So I charged it up and synced it to my phone, and let me tell you; by far this is one of the best watches that I have every owned.

Upgraded from a Samsung Fit to this awesome Watch 4 Classic

Word of advice dont get excited until you recieve a working product. Just got mine in the mail and its dead considering its refurbished and supposed to be checked out before being sent out im extremely disappointed. Also came in a box that was to big wrapped in a little bubble wrap with just the watch and a charger no instructions or anything else extremly disappointing purchase. Should have spent the extra $30 and bought new.

Product came in a plastic bag, no box, no charger, no paperwork or instruction. Had to go out and buy a watch charger just to find out the device doesnt charge! Just shows the lightning bolt icon but never actually charges.

Watch does not track sleep consistantly. Most nights it doesn't track sleep. The ECG doesn't work on the watch. Battery barely lasts eight hours. Step counter seems to be accurate. Easy to use. Charging device that came with the phone stopped working after less than a week.

I do like the watch. It works fine and looks good. I got it refurbished so the price is in line with what I am willing to pay for a device like this. I still really have to remind myself to wear it or I just don't find it to be a necessity for me.

I love the watch. The band is comfortable. The size is just right, not too big, or too small. Battery life is excellent. Many excellent features and faces to customize. Love having my steps counted. And my heart rate monitored highly recommended, excellent and quick and professional service at Best buy when I picked up my online order.

I can appreciate the size and rotating bezel, but I am constantly having to charge this watch. How can it accurately track things like my sleep or exercise if I can't always wear it? The battery drain could be due to the settings, which I have tried to adjust on many occasions but unfortunately, nothing seems to help. For example, I do not have automatic brightness on and try to keep it on a low setting but that setting always readjusts itself. Why?

I love the watch and features but wish the battery would last longer. I have to charge it daily. I have noticed it lasts a little longer when I don't use the activity feature but the whole point for me was to be able to track my daily walks and how many calories I'm burning.
