I've always wanted to put in a surround system in my home but decide not to since we may be moving in a few years. Tried this out in store and was in love. Knew how it is in store vs. In home but decided to give it a go anyway. Let me tell you, this is worth every penny. The sound quality and "surround" is extremely impressive. No, it is not as good as a true surround system but it comes close. Only complaint is the mount that it comes with is garbage because unless you have it a foot or more below your TV it is pointless because the top 2 speakers will point into your TV. I wish there was was that extended about 6 inches out from the wall to get the clearance needed right underneath your TV.

Great sound out of this system! It feels as if you’re in a theater watching movies. Easy to set up and connects with all of my other devices with Bluetooth.

The sound bar is amazing! Bought this the go with my new 65 inch TV and they are quite the combo. The set up of the sound bar was extremely easy, in fact I really only had to plug it in. The sound quality is amazing and fills the room with Rich immersive sound. I cannot wait to have my friends and family over to watch movies and sporting events. OMG, this is a beast I got it for my Q90R TV, Im very happy its super loud and has alot to Bass to it, I got it as an open box item, so I got it for basially half price

This soundbar has an amazing sound quality! You can listen crystal clear dialogues and very deep bass! I'm so happy with this purchase!

Purchased to compliment my new 75" 4K Samsung...and I is great. Easy to set-up. This combination of sound bar and subwoofer is far superior to the one that I had previously.

I replaced my 55” tv with a fantastic 65” Samsung tv. I asked for help picking out a sound bar. The manager of the department asked me if I wanted to be wowed. I said yes and boy was I wowed. I told him he didn’t have to show me anything else I said this is the one. The first show I watched was 9-1-1. An 18 wheeler lost control in the tunnel. I could hear the brakes squealing and metal hitting metal. It made me feel as if I was in the the moment of impact. You have to hear it to know what I mean.

So when I first got it on 6/9/20. Set it up wasn’t to bad. The sound quality is amazing thru my Samsung 75 tv. But 6/26/20 I started to have problems. The hdmi(arc) failed. No sound was coming through so whiched the hdmi cables but still nothing. I was able to get sound thru the WiFi and blue tooth but the quality isn’t the same as the hdmi(arc). Know I have appt to fix the problem with Best Buy. Did talk with a Samsung rep and they helped me through some troubleshooting steps but they said the hdmi(arc) needs to be fix. Overall even with this little problem the sound is amazing. I’m just hoping Best Buy will fix it and I can enjoy it again. Thankful for the 4year warranty!!

Got a great deal on an open box. Soundbar is one of the best i have owned. Paired with an Xbox One and taking advantage of dolby atmos. Sounds great!

if you like thinking something is behind you then this sound bar and sub are for you. Great sound in my great room and very simple to connect to my TV.

I really had a hard time rating this. The system actually sounds really good, however I had the issue of the sound cutting out for 2 seconds every few minutes and then I had the issue of it automatically increasing the sound to 26. After hours of troubleshooting it, (very frustrated) I realized it was in shop mode (store demo) (I bought it as an open box) and Samsung said the only way to remove that feature is for it to be serviced. I took it back because I needed a sound system and couldn't wait for it to be serviced. I didn't want to change brands because I have a Samsung TV, but Bestbuy was out of this as a new boxed item and I need a sound system comparable.

I've spent many years and lots of money compiling various A/V receivers, floor speakers, surround speakers and other pieces of equipment. While there is certainly value in a true, full surround system, the simplicity of this setup and the sheer quality of sound generated creates the "wow" factor of much more complex setups. You will certainly not be disappointed in the Dolby Atmos or DTS:X capabilities of this soundbar. Add to that the ability to stream music straight from your phone or other bluetooth device and it makes this soundbar a true joy to own.

Cant believe how great the sound is with this soundbar. Works great with my 85" Q60 Samsung TV. Hooked up in a few minutes and ready to go.

I used to own the Sony STS-5000 soundbar but had to replace it due to a Power surge during a lightning storm. Although both soundbars are good. I found the Samsung HW-Q80RZA to have the far superior depth of sound reproduction. The Samsung Soundbar, although rated at a lower wattage output than the Sony STS-5000 (800 Watts) vs Samsung HW-Q80RZA (370 Watts) provided a louder sound output with a more defined depth quality and separation. It provided a more accurate sound image to match where sounds were originating from the image on the screen.

Easy to set up and get plugged into my Samsung TV. Work perfect together. Great sound!

This soundbar is most costly than some of the other options - but the higher price translates into superior quality. It has amazing sound and has enhanced our tv/movie watching experience! Plus the quality of Samsung products doesn't disappoint. Definitely worth the money. We received excellent customer service from a well informed, friendly, and professional salesperson at Best Buy. Along with the free financing that Best Buy offers cardholders, we rarely shop elsewhere for our electronics and other needs that we can meet at Best Buy.

The sales associate was awesome....she actually gave me the best at a reduced price. The output was excellent and great.

Bought this together with a Samsung Q70 65". set up was plug & play, couldn't be easier. excellent stunning sound. love it.

I wasn’t sure this was worth the money. But I was purchasing a Samsung tv and when the sales rep explained how the smart technology worked with this sound bar and the tv I made the purchase. I am so glad I listed to the rep. It is awesome. I can only watch a movie on volume level 27 and I’m not even sure how loud it can get. I am really happy with the quality and clarity of the sound. Totally worth the price.
