The images/picture on this computer are AMAZING. I love watching Netflix, DVDs, movies, etc. on it because the picture quality is beyond EXCELLENT. Still getting used to the functionality, because it has tons of cool capabilities!

This is one of the greatest ultra books out there. Amazing screen and feedback. The display discoloration has been resolved with an update. Sleek and light design makes for easy travel. One disappointment however is the battery life can't last really long. About 6 hrs of regular use.in general I would recommend this laptop for performance overall.

I really like this laptop. The Side Sync app (allowing you to view and interact with a Samsung smartphone / tablet from your computer) is a Godsend. When my phone battery is low I can put it on the charger, start Side Sync, turn the screen off so it charges faster, while replying to texts, playing mobile games, and getting mobile app notifications; all without installing any new programs on the computer. It's thin & light, which is a plus. But it's still fast and responsive. Oh, I was able to connect to my Samsung TV and Soundbar in minutes after the initial setup. The 4K screen is a bit much, but it doesn't disappoint!

the graphics are keep shutting off and the speed is not what i thought it is 6th gen core i7 but working like celeron computers other then that the product is good

I love this laptop so much, it's light weight, amazing 4K screen that plays video games and videos beautifully. I love it for school and just everdyday tasks.

Great computer for the price and does not leave much wanted. Started off with some issues with the touchpad, but after updating all of the drivers everything was working. I am even able to play overwatch on this computer which is a nice addition

Samsung once again delivers the highest quality. This notebook is sleek, light, powerful, and FAST!!! Image quality is super-sharp and amazing. Even though it is slim, it is very durable.

I bought this laptop, open-box, around black Friday, It was ranked excellent by the Geek squad. Originally it was working perfectly, but over the less than a month that I've had it, things have gone awry. The screen goes black for a few seconds every 10 minutes or so, while this is just a mild annoyance, it is unacceptable for a $1000+ machine. Along with that, one morning the screen was completely black and it would not turn on. It generated a lot of heat and made a lot of noise, but the display would not turn on. I will definitely be returning it soon. I would buy another notebook 9 pro, but the battery life has deterred me from buying this laptop again. Overall this is a very fast computer with a beautiful display, but the battery life is not suitable for a college student. Samsung claims that you can get up to 6 hours of battery life, but the most I got while doing online assignments or streaming youtube videos was around 2 and 1/2 hours. This is the ideal desk laptop, but it was not made to be for someone who needs a laptop to function for hours on a single charge.

This computer has a beautiful 4K screen and connecting it to a 4K tv really for 4K movies. Overall it's fast and reliable.

I bought this laptop to replace an old one with WIndows 7, which was no longer functioning properly (I tried downloading Windows 10 to it, but was unsuccessful). My new laptop is a pleasure to use. It's the first touch screen for me, and I sometimes forget to use that feature, so I hide the mouse so i'll use the touch screen, which works great. The processor is fast, so I don't get any buffering delays while watching videos on my online guitar lesson site.

So i read the reviews on here before i bought this laptop, but i haven't had any overheating issues at all. I ran a GPU and CPU stress test, highest temps i saw were around 70 degrees Celsius. PROS: - 4k Touchscreen - Amazing, crisp sound. - Fast with good FPS while gaming! - Overall a great, sleek feeling laptop. CONS: Wish the RAM was upgradeable and maybe a 512gb SSD option (Can always put a mSATA 512gb upgrade in the laptop). Overall very happy with the laptop.

I had very high expectation that have been met. The only issue I have is with the Windows store, which won't work properly for me.

I have been happy with this laptop after ~one month of use. Very responsive. Very nice display quality. My one complaint so far is the battery life--less than two hours typically. I would prefer it had a separate number keyboard, but I knew that when I purchased it (it had other characteristics I cared about more).

Premium laptop leading to an excellent user experience. Samsung has some of the best integration of hardware and operating system I've ever used. Beautiful 4K display, awesome speed and performance. Excellent sound quality. I love it ! Better buy it now if you like the black aluminum build as all of the new offerings from Samsung look to be silver only. WOW !

I did a ton of searching and came to the conclusion that Samsung makes a solid laptop. I've never been let down by this company when considering that I have owned many of their products though the years. I have used this laptop for a solid 2 months now and have been very pleased with its performance and reliability. The build quality is well executed and leaves nothing but only one thing to be desired; that is for a touch screen it doesn't flip back on itself which gives me no reason to ever use it, which is a bit disappointing but not the end of the world. I had picked to go with this particular laptop over the spin which does actually fold back as a tablet, because of its size, quad core, and dedicated gtx card and have been pleased with it so far. Overall very happy with my purchase!

Had to return it as graphics color rendering is not even close to the lowest end machines. I am a big Samsung fan, however they really missed it with this one.
