The keyboard touch is excellent. The response time when it turns on is immediate. The screen is sharp. Though folks say the battery does not last, I find it last long enough for me, half a day or more. Very good buy!

This is an excellent computer for the money, great keyboard and I am very happy with the speed. The pen is why I purchased this particular computer and It works as advertised

Had to replace my 9 year old Samsung laptop. I was eyeing this one in the store for a few days before deciding to purchase. So far, I am not disappointed. My only down side is that I miss the numeric keypad. I like everything else about this laptop.

Amazing precision with S Pen for this price tag. Would recommend getting the staedtler s pen designed to go with it. Only slight annoyance is temperature when drawing for long periods but really a small issue. Great product.

This is a powerful, yet flexible, laptop. It has both traditional and tablet modes, with an integrated smart pen. It handshakes easily with my other Samsung products and allows cross-platform work.

I have many Samsung products. Cell phone, smartwatch, earbuds, TV, home theater system, sound system, and so on. Easy to pair all without any issues. I have recommended to many friends.

Love this laptop, its a great piece of tech. But...after 9 months of use one of the USB ports stopped functioning, except to charge. Not very useful when trying to sync USB devices, or use them. Geek Squad sent for repair and the checklist stated all was working when it left the service center. Except that when I got it back all wireless was non-operational. No Bluetooth of Wireless. So, it came back in worse shape than I delivered it. Sent back for another repair. I see a part was ordered and replaced. Then they found another part was required and is still on order. So, 3+ weeks without my PC because of parts failures. Maybe inept service persons too, I dont know. Low confidence now. Maybe I need to sell it whenever its returned and look at a different brand.

The laptop and the two phone are useful for the purpose it was bought. I actually got the laptop for my son and phones were for he and his girlfriend. He is a beginner computer science student and he say it is working perfectly.

I love everything else about this laptop but buyers beware. The touch pad is poorly situated on the laptop. It is centered on the device, rather than aligned to the center (G& H keys) of the keyboard. As a result, there are constant accidental touches that either move where you are typing or open new browser tabs by accident - so annoying. Also, there appears to be something wrong with either the WiFi software or the radio itself. It is consistently pulling in between 0.5-2.0 mbps. On rare occasions I would hit a proper speed. I confirmed it is the laptop since I benchmark the speed against other devices. I initially solved the problem by reinstalling the WiFi software. But the problem eventually resurfaced.

I live for samsung products,,,, great laptop very stylish gets the job done,, I'm currently majoring in psychology and needed a great laptop for my studies and work,,, buying my hubby one next!!

Great portable size, has plenty of power with its GPU. I don't use the touchscreen as often as I thought I would, but it's very handy at times. Very happy I switched from a Macbook Pro to this thing!

My only issue at this point is the location of the power button. I have accidentally turned it off dozens of time just trying to hold it or move it.

I've had this laptop for less than a year and while I love the graphics and performance, the screen is extremely delicate. I always keep the laptop in a case when it is not in use, and the screen has cracked twice now. I only use it in my home and relatively infrequently (a few times a week). Either of the times the screen cracked, it had not been dropped or had anything fall on it to my knowledge. Maybe I shut it too firmly? After the first time I had it repaired with the Geek Squad protection, I bought a hard zipper case for it too. Found it cracked one long line top to bottom again last week- went to use my geek squad protection again, only to be told it had "reached it's maximum benefit" and they won't fix it. It's a great laptop other than that..

My first Samsung of numerous laptops. Love the screen and lightening fast 16gb ram with 256 ssd also my first. No complaints from someone hard to impress.

I have just had the Samsung-Notebook 9 Pro for about a month now. So far, it has performed well and has been easy to learn. The computer this one replaces was also a Samsung and it served me well for about 7 years. I am hoping for the same from this one.

I absolutely love this laptop. It does everything I expect. Great for business and personal use. I love Samsung products.

Good computer overall. Unfortunately screen was on the fritz shortly after purchase and it was past the time we could return to Best Buy without a restocking fee. So we called Samsung and to their credit it got repaired fast.

i like samsung laptops. i regret spilling wine on my ATIV that I bought a number of years ago, but rushed out to spend over $1k on another one.... grrrr....

I thought it was going to be amazing because I was told it was going to be a quick computer. It's not but it does what I need so it works for me. A little too pricey for the quality though.

I love the system. My only issue is that it says you can charge with a usb c. That is not correct. If you use anything other than the charging cord provided you will get a pop up error and it will not charge properly.
