    Sharpness and colors are less. Battery life is poor. Not lasting even 6 hrs! Laptop heats considerably in couple of hrs. Not worth product of $1200.

    I have experienced some start up trouble with the Radeon program. Unfortunately with the CoVid 19 restrictions, I am not able to take this in to Best Buy for help, and Samsung and Radeon have been less than helpful in getting this resolved for me by phone.

    I like the laptop overall. It's attractive and has good performance. However, I've had the laptop less than a year and my battery had to be replaced. So, 4-5 stars for the laptop itself, 1 star for the poor quality components gets you a 3-star average.

    I had to exchange it twice because of crackling speakers. Finally I just exchanged it for the Dell 2-in-1 17.3. Otherwise it had a good quality feel to it. Function was also good.
