Best choice. I was needing something for work and this has been an amazing notebook. It starts up very quickly and has a very nice design. I love my keyboard. The keys are very nice when typing. So excited. We are a Samsung everything family. Glad we added it to our everyday life.

I needed a new laptop for work and a promotional discount on the brand of computer I really wanted made this an easy choice. And I was not disappointed from the moment I opened the box. This compact machine handles everything I need for work and still offers plenty more beyond that. I've barely scratched the surface of everything it has to offer and I've been impressed every step of the way.

Very light, touch screen is fantastic. Keyboard is very comfortable. I use if for work and home. Like the tablet feature and the way the screen goes all the way to the back. Great for digital magazines and comic books. Great for streaming also.

Picked it based on recommendation from salesman. Went with it because it had touch screen and SSD. Seems to be well made. Love having the touch screen and pen. Miss my number pad, though. Still learning my way around it and transferring files to it.

My kid spilled water on this thing, frying the motherboard. Samsung did not fix it and sent it back. They wanted the cost of another laptop to fix it. I got a board off ebay, but I used liquid metal thermal paste. The GPU? area has board devices under the heat transfer plate, and I suspect the liquid metal shorted something out. I ordered another board and it has run great since then. My daughter was very hard on this laptop, whacking it hard enough to bend the keyboard plate during a Roblox rage at one point. Spilled water on it twice. Having opened this thing up at least seven times and can say it is easy to work on, and if you can get the part number eBay replacements are getting cheaper and cheaper. Overall, it is a good quality piece, but it will not play good graphic games at a decent framerate.

I owned a MacBook Pro for 6 years prior to this purchase and needless to say that I was very accustomed to how to use it. Switching to the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro is certainly an upgrade from that since my previous laptop was outdated (but still working fine). OF course there were adjustments to be made, but once I get used to it, I believe this product can do equally as much if not more.

This is the fastest computer I’ve ever owned. I love the touchscreen pen that is always available because it slips into the base. I am not computer savvy, but I read reviews from people who are and decided on this machine. I’m glad that I did.

My only issue with this laptop is its incredibly slippery outer shell. It makes this laptop difficult to hold onto and it could easily slip out of your hand or off of your lap. To help with this, I applied bathtub tape to the bottom. It looks a little odd, but gives it a little needed traction! Otherwise this is a fantastic laptop and using the stylus to take handwritten notes is comfortable and even fun (as it is easy to switch colors and pen styles).

I like this device, it's fast and has been flawless, i purchased as a test for my company, we mostly work from the road and really would like to have the built in Verizon card. I would think in this day of mobile madness every device would have built in broadband cards.

Originally purchased Dell XPS 13, but was disappointed. After exchanging for Samsung Pro, am much happier with performance, quick login and startup, and slightly bigger screen.

Picked this device up as I was in need of newer laptop. It covers all bases i7 processor, 16 GB RAM, and a fast SSD. It allows Windows 10 to blaze on startups and accessing files. You’d do well to pick one up.

Wonderful and fast machine. The graphics are absolutely amazing. The battery life is great on the lowest settings (12 hrs tested) and about about 3/4 on regular settings.

Bought this to replace my daughters aging laptop. She is a freshman in college, and she is very happy with the replacement. Speed and battery life are excellent, and the ssd is fast when booting up.

It's about time I find a laptop that works for me. I had a Dell that in comparison had better hardware but it was way too slow. So glad I found this Samsung.

I have looked for a LOT of laptops in the same price range for windows. By far, I love this laptop for its flexibility in use and its S-pen, which is just astounding.

Fast, responsive, portable, great screen, but has lost of bleeding on the edges. Sounds in weak but I use bluetooth speakers.

The laptop is versatile with tablet feature and touchscreen. It is lightweight and easy to handle. It is difficult to get a screen saver for it. You have to order it from Samsung direct. BB does not carry this accessory.

Got it two months ago and quite satisfied with this purchase! Light weighted and thin design. Good for ladies! S pen helps me save money on drawing pad too!

I got this laptop for its S-Pen and touch screen; I love to do my art right on the screen.

I have had this computer for a month, and it has exceeded my expectations. It was significanly cheaper than the Surface I was looking at, and has more features I use. Given the chance, I would buy this computer again.
