    This is a gift to somebody and was preparing it. The preparation was very easy, charged overnight and was ready to use, also purchased the office package and was easy to install, only one delay probably due to a hiccup on the wifi but after that continue to be very easy.

    Quick and functional. This computer does everything that I need it to and more. I use the stylus when I present to call attention to things in my slideshow and I really like how it is stored in the computer. It is my main device now.

    I bought this laptop to replace an older Samsung laptop that I had for over 10 years and to start working from home. I use Adobe Creative Suite for work so it’s perfect that this laptop came with a graphic card. The battery life also lasts me my whole 8 hour shift. Would definitely recommend!

    Geek Squad transferred all my files from my old computer. They set this new computer up like my old computer. It helped a lot. The flat keyboard was hard to get used to, after a few days, I got used to it. Computer was easy to get used to.

    I love this laptop. My favorite feature is Samsung messages and the stylus features. The only downfall is the outlook does not like to communicate with my printer so I have a hard time getting emails printed if needed.
