I love these laptop it’s so fast and easy to use love it

Love it! Feels a bit heavier than what I expected. But it works fast and smoothly.

After three-and-a-half years, this laptop is still working quite well for me. I don't know how it'd perform with the most recent games, for example, but for ones that I play, it still gets the job done nicely. Plus, the convertible/flip screen is something I'd recommend to anyone who wants to also have some flexibility in how they use the laptop.

Overall, this is a decent machine with one fatal flaw: the screen is terrible for motion. Don't buy this if you want to watch youtube or play any games, the ghosting is terrible, and mine has extremely bad light bleeding on the corners of the display. Also, this thing gets hot when gaming, to the point where it's actually messed up the keys I've been using the most, W A S D. They started squeaking after only a week of use, and only got somewhat better when I limited the processor to 80% use. Battery life is super short for games, but that's to be expected. The only reason you should ever get this, is for art. It costs as much as a mobilestudio pro, but has more power to it, and the colors on the display are pretty good. Luckily that's what I bought it for. The pen accuracy and smoothness is amazing, and it's light enough to hold in one hand. I'm going to look into if Samsung has made hardware revisions and I could get a better replacement. Will update this review if I do that. Otherwise, stay away if you're planning to buy this for anything besides making art, there are much better alternatives out there.

Why can I say… this little laptop is top tier. I bought to get into digital art work and the precision and display it offers is out of this world. Really couldn’t be happier, it’s also good for light gaming.

the laptop overheats very easily gets hot and the battery also drains very quickly. also, it is not as super fast as I thought it was going to beas it is 16gb ram with SSD and i7. I other people seem to love it. maybe I got a defective one. Besides those problems it seems to be a decent laptop. It could have been perfect but I bought when it was 1250 before tax and wasn't able to return it bc I didn't find out that i wanted to return it the first 14 days I had until I could return it.

great laptop, just upgraded the hard drive to a larger one

I was very excited to buy a new laptop to use for college so I bought this new Samsung one this fall, around October or November. It was awesome to use, UNTIL it stopped working! Only a month or two after my purchase it started crashing horribly at random times, on one occasion crashing, attempting to restart, and crashing during the restart. It also crashed continuous for 2 hours. I did a factory reset and it did not help. I am very disappointed that such a great machine does not work as I paid so much for it.

I’ve loved my note series phones and after missing out on a larger laptop I was considering I happened to find this one which actually on paper has better specs . Only to find out that the thing was sitting in the box since windows 1709 and needed to be updated a lot ! After being on the phone with 4 tech persons at Samsung who have the WORST attitudes ever , I’m ready to throw the thing into a wall before getting to use it . I would NOT recommend a Samsung laptop to ANYONE after this experience from a way out dated operating system in the box, to the horrible customer service in getting it set up . I’m ready to go back to Apple, it’s worth the over priced ticket just because IT WORKS !

Hope you don't get a faulty device. I sent in my computer 4 times past 6 months and they claim they fixed it. It still comes back broken. Customer service does not even speak english. Never buying samsung products ever again.
