I have the robot clean a few times a week. This’ll keep my floor clean and make it so that a few missed corners and stuck-on grime aren’t a big deal.

After looking at other brands, went into best buy to make a purchase and were introduced to the Samsung line of robot floor vacuums. The array of sensors, overall design make this unit a definite step up from many other competitors machines.

Got this as a gift and impressed with how it works. It just took awhile for me to figure it out.

Vacuum is very strong yet gentle. Unlike Roomba it doesn't bang into walls. It doesn't get stuck under chairs. But it will push the chairs under the kitchen table around. Very happy with build quality and easy to disassemble parts.

I just started using this and it's been great so far. I have a 2 story house and haven't brought it to the lower level yet.

Cleans entire house without missing any areas. Does not have a weekly schedule though-only schedules for everyday.

Probably the only way to give your wife a vacuum cleaner for Christmas and have her love it.

I used it and it always gets stuck at my house. Suction is good.

Love it! It's great to be able to have the vacuum run when I'm not home and head back to the charger when completed.

I purchased this vaccum may 2017 as a gift. Now in August 2018 it is giving an error code C03. C 03: Object Caught in Right Wheel There is nothing in the wheel as it states to check, it appears the motor isnt functional on the right wheel. We contacted samsung and were informed it is out of warranty. I find it to be a poor product that in just over a year it quits working after having paid 650 dollars to purchase. Then i come to find out that the replacement part itself is coing to cost a good amount as well. Would not recoment this product even to my worst enemy.

This vacuum was very good but it was a problem with WIFI.

Love this Samsung. It's in the basement. Goes does it's business and docks for recharging. Room always looks good after use.

It's a great vacuum cleaner I love the timer set for 10 o'clock every day come home to a clean house no more dog hair

I returned the vacuum. It wouldn't clean ant edges and the patterns were strange after the first try. On the positive side, the battery lasts a lot longer than the more expensive model.

I haven't had to touch my vacuum since we bought this. Wish I would have bought this a long time ago

This is my first robot vacuum and I expected it to be a little smarter. All in all it does a pretty good job, but it wastes allot of energy running over the same areas. Also, It will run up close to a wall and stop and turn, as it should, but our bedroom furniture sits about 1.5" to 2" off the floor and it doesn't to detect it. it just bangs right into it. If its not close to the charger when it decides it needs to recharge it appears to be totally lost and just runs along random walls until it either finds the charger or runs out of battery. I've watched it pass by within 3 feet of the charger keep on going looking for it.
