    Purchased (2) Galaxy A12 phones. Perfect choice. I love my phones. Easy to use and really didn't want too many bells and whistles. I always shop at Best Buy for good merchandise.

    I was not informed the phone was used at purchase. It came in a bent box. Even though it was supposed to be unlocked, it did not sync with my grandson’s carrier. Best Buy accepted a no penalty return.
