    I'm coming from a Moto Z4. This is a good sized phone that doesn't feel like you're going to lose it. I really like the features especially the screen resolution and phone processing power. The price was perfect and I'm enjoying the phone.

    Screen button sticks so its constantly trying to call emergency services. Had to change it to my huband's number just in case, so it doesn't accidentally call 911. Extremely annoying. Also dropped it once and the back glass already shattered even with an otterbox case on it. Battery life sucks.

    Exactly what I ordered. This was the 3rd phone I bought after striking out with other retailers. The description was accurate which was not the case on my other 2 purchases. Best Buy will now be my go to for used phones.

    Do NOT buy pre-owned phones from Bestbuy. There is no warranty and they apply a restocking fee even on previosuly opened pre-owned phones.

    The phone battery dies to quick and my messages don’t go through sometimes because of the phone being by Verizon I thought it was unlocked why is it giving me a problem with t-mobile I might be returning this product soon.
