November 20 I bought a pre-own S22 ultra And two weeks after the screen started flickering. The screen turned green the phone doesn't work at all. I checked to see if I could return it. Unfortunately Best buy return policy ended December 5. Only two weeks warranty Thats crazy. Never again.

Over all, I'm really impressed with this phone. The high quality camera makes for excellent photos and the high capacity storage allows for installing a lot of apps and the ability to store a lot of photos. However, that being said, the fact that it doesn't have an SD card slot or a headphone jack is a bit limiting for me, but that's just a personal thing. That aside, it's a really good phone.

Ive been using this phone for about 2 weeks and i say its very good sometimes it lags vut its probably the software the snapdragon 8 gen 1 is good but heats up and its a certified battery eater

Pretty good phone, lots of space, and pretty good quality.

This is a beautiful phine. It processes quickly. I just replaced my iphone with this and while it is confusing for me i am loving it. The photos are amazing. The speed is fantastic even in gaming.

I have enjoyed the samsung phones and the s22 ultra is no exception. Excellent phone for any needs.

I can't listen to my voicemails if my phone is on speakerphone, my volume quality when on a call goes in and out to where I can hear people and then I can't and sometimes it makes a cracking sound when I am on the phone with someone and they are talking battery, the battery barely holds a charge at all and so it has to be charged at least twice a day.

I like the pen feature because it helps draw better and most precisely.

Great phone at an excellent price. Fantastic service at the store! They transferred all my data from my old phone and installed the SIM card in my new Samsung S22. Thank you Best buy for amazing service.

Sorry could not use this phone, it was advertised unlocked but it was not, it was still under Verizon care. Had to return the phone because my carrier could not transfer data.

I bought a 600$ refurbished phone from best buy on june 2 2025 and it stopped working july 20 2025 and even though iy says 90 day warranty they said i have to contact samsung nothing they can do on a phone that i have only made 1 payment on

Phone didn’t work camera didn’t work very hard to download

I've had this phone since it came out, i bought it out right brand new when it was $1200+, and now i can see it's less. But its still holding strong the battery life is still at its best with how much im on it depending on what im doing i can get anywhere from 8 hours to 12 hours of runtime or more, the cameras are great still, the audio speakers are still good and i have yet to see a degradation in the screen performance or brightness has gained some scratches but thats from work. The phone still seems to be running fast processing wise, and besides a few bugs do to the os updates and samsungs own updates before patches were released, it's still smooth. Only downside frame damage from dirt getting under the case i have it in but thats from work and i expected that it was common with all my other phones before it, but have to say samsung you made a good phone when it was released hopefully i can upgrade soon to the S25 ultra or maybe ill wait till its successor and get that instead and those i will buy out right just like i did this one, cause i don't like making payments rather just own it and pay for the network provider services.
