Customers are saying

Customers have good things to say about the Radiant360 R1 Speaker's sound quality, ease of use, and Bluetooth connectivity. Many appreciate its compact size and impressive volume, even noting the surprisingly good bass response for its size. However, some users experienced challenges with battery life, connection stability, and initial setup, while others found the app and compatibility with certain devices to be less than ideal. The price point is generally considered favorable.

    Great Sound

This speaker is awesome. Purchased this speaker for my office, unfortunately it sounded so good the secretary had to come see what kind of speaker was playing. If you're a lover of contemporary jazz this is the speaker for you. Norman Brown , Peter White and yes Frank Sinatra. The sound is amazing and I purchased it as an open box. 100.00...Thanks to my buds at BEST BUY

Good sound once wifi connection was secured.

These are an excellent complement to my J6500R sound bar, and I use them as rear speakers in my medium-size living room. The initial problem I had with establishing a solid wifi connection was solved once I installed a new (Linksys EA7300) router with a 5 Ghz signal. The surround sound effect is remarkably good and greatly adds to the enjoyment of the system.

We have a new Samsung 8000 series TV, the Samsung 650 sound bar and two 360 R1 speakers. They will not sync with the sound bar. I am ready to dump the sound bar. We just bought all of this and very disappointed.

Pros: Speakers are actually pretty good, music sounds great. Sound really fills up the room Cons: For Wi-Fi, you have to play everything through Multi-room app that needs work. If you minimize app then come back, it takes a while to come back/connect. Can't use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth/phone speakers together. Takes a while to pair them. Honestly only worth about $100, got mine for good deal. BTW, bought 2. Also, I would only buy for rear speakers(need Samsung with SoundConnect). For the price you pay you might as well just buy a really good Bluetooth speaker.

BT does not connect to my 65KS9000 or soundbar

BT does not connect to my 65KS9000 or 355 soundbar. Was able to get wifi working for two speakers after 2 hours on the support line. Evidently you have to group these only after each one logs into wifi. Sound is muddled. Works ok with Pandora but the volume is too low. Got these direct from Samsung at 71 each but probably work $30 each. No battery so you have wires everywhere. If it was a high quality system you could put up with the wires and maybe hook these direct to a device by USB TBD. Love Samsung products but this was a disappointment. Will update as I use it more.

    Buyer beware

These speakers and not great for surround sound. The volume is always low and you can barely hear anything. They constantly disconnect and you have to unplug them, restart your router, and practice black magic to get them to sync again. The logic board failed on one speaker in the first year. The speaker would no longer connect to WiFi. Samsung made me send the speaker to a third party is Jersey for repair. They scratched the top of the speaker during the repair and Samsung wouldn’t do anything about it. Now the same issue happens to my second speaker outside of the warranty and Samsung drew a hard line and will not fix it. Do not buy these speakers, they will eventually be a paperweight.

Won't sync up with my Samsung tv and bar

Can't get it to work via blue tooth. I have a new Samsung 4k tv and it will not find the speaker. I purchased a $300. Samsung sound bar thinking maybe that would find the R1, no such luck. I'm returning the sound bar as it has other problems, but wasted 100.00 on this junk. I took too long to try to set it up, so I can't take it back to Best Buy.
