It arrived early and I was not disappointed. It arrived with a plastic over the screen and looked new. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

This is a great phone. But everyone knows that. This refurbished model is new as it can get but at half the cost. I love the purchase.

Phone works fine. However noticed a Crack in the glass at the bottom of the phone. If not for the Crack would have given 5 stars

Looks good, good pictures but if you break the screen no one can repair it. I have asked everyone i see who sells it and they all act surprised. Needless to say this is very disappointing and has caused me a big hassle. Won't suggest this to anyone.

Like other users stated, the SIM card was not included. Not a big deal, I got one from free from the Verizon store. My issue was the "Home" key did not work at all. I tried for several hours and researched online for solutions and nothing worked. I returned to my local Best Buy store the next day for a full refund. I ended up buying a new Gs7 edge with a $200.00 gift card from Best Buy. I should have done this in the first place. I hope they don't put the non working phone back as a refurbished without repairing.

Really bad experience with the refurbished phone don't ever buy one.

The phone came with a perfect front screen. Both lower corners had visible marks. The back had a 1/2 long deep scratch. I was really disappointed after all the 'mine is perfect' reviews. Also, just to be clear, even though this is a Verizon phone it does not come with a SIM card; upgrading from a Note4 and the sim cards don't match so have to go get a new one.

I bought this item though one of the service customer. They said I'll receipt everything even the earphone which it not right.
