Been having lots of fun with this phone and since I am a perfectionist I gave 4 stars and here is why. The goodies first: the s7 edge is a beauty and camera is top notch. Screen is great and feels great every time you pick up and look at it. Battery is great. The baddies: Samsung+Verizon =sometimes sluggish android experience The edge less screen is not a must Fingerprint sensor is a hit or miss But for me is worth it to overcome the cons.

I was hesitant on buying a refurbished phone. But It was the best decision ever! I waited until this model was on sale and excitedly made the purchase of not 1 but 2 of these refurbished phones! Me and my husband were wanting an upgrade to our galaxy S4 . I love the S7 edge such a nice improvement to the old ones!! The phone both arrived in generic cardboard boxes, No instruction books, no key for the SD and sim card tray. But they were both in immaculate condition. They both looked brand new and one even still had the protective plastic on the front of the phone. it came with Cord and charger for the wall outlet only. We have had them a few weeks now and they work great! and the camera on this phoneis absolutely amazing!! If you are doubting buying refurbished from Best Buy don't .... Because both these phones are seriously just like brand new but saved almost $300

This phone has been amazing. I came from a iPhone 6 Plus and have been buying iPhone's every generation since the 3GS. Love the large screen on such a small form factor. Phone runs really well, and have had zero issues. I even got the refurb as it was cheaper, and have had no issues. The phone charges wirelessly without any issues, if only Apple would catch up in that sense.

First off let me start by saying that despite the fact that the S7 purchased was a refurbished unit, its physical condition was flawless! The S7 Edge truly is the best smartphone on the market! The processor is lightning fast, the AMOLED display is amazing, even in direct sunlight and a pleasure for viewing movies or gaming. The camera really does live up

Greatest unlocked phone ever produced. Camera has optical image stabilization. Light reads oxygen level in blood and heartbeat. Large enough to surf and small enough for a pocket. Fantastic discount. Verizon logo appears on boot up, even though programmed to also accept AT&T. AT&T gives poor service and likes to say it is not compatible. Don't believe them and only accept 4G and Visual Voicemail app.

The product was in a mint condition awesome phone, but the best buy online representatives and geek squad representatives are not well trained at all since I was wrongly inform about time frame to get protection plan, I was told that I had 15 days after purchase date to add it (by several representatives online) so I went to Best buy store to add the protection plan on the 15th day last day to be able to add it, then they told me they told me they couldn't do it since it was 14 days not 15, then they also told me they wouldn't be able to do it since they don't do that for refurbished phones, when before I purchase the product I asked the representative if I was gonna be able to get the protection plan to what they answer ''YES YOU CAN DO THAT AS LONG IS WITHIN 15 DAYS'' wrong!!! Came to find out that's wasn't truth, my wife and I we both had a bad experience at the store since all the staff were so rude, prepotent and careless about the customer (except for a geek squad guy that he actually help us with knowledge and clarify what was going on) in short, the product is awesome which is thanks to Samsung not Best Buy, but the process of buying through Best buy was a nightmare.

i bought this phone to save money, and get a high end smartphone.. It was in like new condition. works great. and i could put it on my provider which is tracfone. i live in the country and its hard to get reception out here but tracfone always works. love my tracfone. thank you best buy.

It's a great phone with an beautiful display, very good camera, solid battery life, SD card support, water proofing, and the Verizon model is even unlocked so you can use with most other carriers. The only drawbacks are the price and it's pretty fragile, so you'll definitely need a case.

5 starts for the phone. It works great and looks and feels new. I have not had any issues with it at all. It came with just a charger. It's slick so you need to get a case. Disappointed that it didn't come with headphones or the key to get the expandable memory out. I give 4 stars to Best Buy for not including that.

I got this phone to test and was not expecting much. I quickly learned to love it, however. The screen was incredibly rich and very close to the top of the glass. Almost no air gap to speak of. The Edge screen is absolutely awesome. It makes content far more immersive and also reduces the overall footprint of the phone, which is quite small for a 5.5" screen. Those are the good parts. The bad parts came in the form of very poor battery life (drained 10-15% an hour regardless of use), and gimmicky software built in to the operating system (which probably attributed to the poor battery life). Overall, this is a pretty solid device and, in my opinion, the best Galaxy device you can get. Also, definitely get it in the black. The gold and silver look cheap and fake by comparison.

I received this phone three or four days ago and it might as well have been a brand new phone not a scratch on it and works perfectly. Initially I was thinking of buying one on eBay but the more I thought about it why not have the backing of Best Buy I made the right choice

The Galaxy S7 Edge battery is great compared to past models. The screen is beautiful and the phone's operating system is very smooth. I am very happy with the device.

This was a great deal for a basically new phone. Very good condition and quality. I would recommend anyone to buy this rather than brand new if you want to save a few hundred bucks!

I bought this phone to replace my laptop my kindle and my tablet. The screen is big enough to comfortably view everything. The phone functions surpass anything I've used before. I won't be needing a new phone for a long time

The edge screen and the lock on display are great. However, the system always halt for 1 or 2 seconds. It is not responsible as iphone 6 plus. The refurbished one looks like new. But missing the USB-A to MicroUSB adapter and the headphone. The usb charge cable is a compatible one, not from samsung. If you buy a new one, you could get a extra samsung Gear VR or 32" TV these days.

I love the phone. I bought it refurbished and it looks and works just like brand new.

Caught it on sale for $450 the cheapest I've seen it. Originally bought it to replace my note 7 :( and decided to go the prepaid route instead of another contract so I don't have to wait til I'm upgrade eligible to get the new samsung.

Phone is a refurb but is essentially a brand new phone. Haven't had a single issue and would never guess it had ever been used. Absolutely love this phone and the camera is the best ever!

I had some misgivings about buying a refurbished product but Best Buy has changed my mind totally! The phone looked pristine and came securely packaged. The S7 is an awesome phone and the price was a steal of a deal for an almost new unit.
