Good indoor camera, I don't like the fact that it has to be plugged into outlet for power source, would like for Samsung to go with battery operated option. Does what it's design for.

3rd SmartCam purchased within the past 2 years. Love everything about it. Great camera, app, and service. They changed the app format for the better, but still waiting for the upgrade to include my 2 previously purchased cameras. Had some technical issues with my third camera purchase and the Samsung reps were awesome to ensure my needs/questions were addressed. They even provided a follow up call to ensure every thing was resolved. True customer service.

Voice isn’t as clear as I’d hoped it would be, my dogs didn’t know it was me talking to them and my son said it sounds like a stuttering robot

Was a little worried about the camera after all of the negative reviews that were posted but I’m very happy with this camera and will be getting more in the near future

This cam is pretty good for what I paid for it...it has its glitches but overall it's gets the job done

The camera allows me to check in on my pet while I'm away. It also detects motion and alerts me via the app when someone is at my front door.

Works great, simple to set up and install, with only three parts. Easy to add on to an existing setup with other Smartcams. This is an indoor unit, so don't expect to use it where it's exposed to weather. Love that it can serve as a deterrent by playing sounds such as dog barking, police siren and alarm siren. You can even hold a two way conversation through it. Using the software is a bit clunky.

Very hard to set up. Alerts for sound were every 2 seconds literally. After the firmware update, still having problems.

Easy setup and integration with Smarthings. Awesome nightvision option and recording capabilities.

Works great. Able to connect several cameras and app isn't bad. Night vision is very clear

The camera is decent and has a good resolution. But it is has its own app and does not sync to the samsung smart things main app.

I was very impressed with the sound quality on the two way talk through the camera.

Perfect picture quality with wide view. Able to zoom in and monitor from afar.

Loved it, but the mount broke day one. Better than Arlo Q.
