We loved how easy things intgrated with the smart things.

I first hooked up the HUB to my modem and placed it in my Entertainment center where the hub was behind glass and hidden behind other things, the reception, or signal, would not go very far something like 75 feet. So I took it out from the entertainment table and placed it on top...... I have yet to have any problems with it reaching anywhere in my two-story house. I use GE light switches and a Honeywell wireless thermostats all hooked up to Alexa with no problems at all. I love the app that you download, as I used it is that was in Punta Cana a couple of days ago freaking my house sitter out turning on and off the lights (They would work as fast as a second of hitting the button on the app, I know that because I was watching via FaceTime). All and all I have been very happy

I can't wait to get more SmartThings compatible devices!

I’ve been doing some Home Autimation, but this hub does a great job at getting all the devices under one app, and connecting them together for rules and routines. It’s also a great way to use Z Wave devices so you don’t have to keep buying WiFi devices and HuE lights that cost 3x the price and use up all your router bandwidth.

Love it and the wife can easily use it. That’s a plus.

Awesome device that makes setting up smart home easy

Coupled with the latest update my smart hub controls almost everything in my house seamlessly! Easy to set up and use especially with IFTT. Now I no longer have to worry about if I locked the door, if fire fighters can get into my house (the smoke alarm triggers the doors to unlock when they go off!) if they need to, or if the house is to cold or hot. The smart things hub seriously manages the nest thermometer, philips hue lights, the outlets, doors, alarms...etc and automatically starts and stops actions depending on if I'm home or away. The integration with Amazon Echo is great and I can use voice commands to control my zwave devices. I'm glad I upgraded from the v1 to this one. It seems more powerful and easier to use. Highly recommend!

I don't think the setup could have been any easier. Anyone with a smart phone and home wifi can do it. On top of that the hub communicates with the vast majority of smart devices currently on the market. I love my hub.

Samsung smart thing was easy to stop and pair with.

Connects to phillips hue bulbs and works very well.

I really like the Samsung SmartThings Hub. It was really easy to setup and install. Also has a lot of devices that are compatible. Makes for a cheap alternative for home security, and most of all its fun.

I read a number of reviews of various hubs and decided to use the Samsung Smartthings as the hub to start my smart house. I only have a motion detector and mutli-purpose sensor at the moment. But I set them up and they're working great. I plan on adding a number of bulbs, switches and outlets in the near future.

It is a good product to have in this tech era. It works to it's potential when connected with home smart devices. I just have a couple of things paired and not yet used to it's full potential. It will update versions automatically by giving you notification. It gets on sale for half price very often get it then.
