The hub was easy to setup and allows me to control wifi smart LED bulbs throughout my home. It is compatible with a wide range of products.

Works well as a "go between" with Amazon Alexa. Had some small issues in the initial setup, but once I worked past that, I have been adding smart home devices frequently. The app alerts you if there's been an interrupt with the hub.

Samsung Smart Hub is easy to setup and works well with other smart devices that are not Samsung brand. It does what it's designed to do.

I purchased the hub and several water sensors because we had a water line break recently and never want to go through that kind of damage again. The system is easy to install and seems to work fine. The instructions on how to interface it with your smart phone, in my case an iphone, leave a lot to be desired, however. I had to call Samsung customer service to get some basic information and they struggled to answer some of the questions.

Used to have home automation through my security provider, but discontinued due to cost and constant issues with reliability. All the home automation equipment I had was zwave, so I started looking at various controllers available that could use them. After a lot of research I decided to purchase the Smarthub, and man am I happy. The equipment learned in easily and it all works flawlessly. The Smarthub also got rid of the long delays between sending a command and having the device react. With the Smarthub commands take effect immediately. Currently I have 5 lights and 2 thermostats on the Smarthub and will be adding more soon. Great product!

Integrates all of my devices via Z-Wave and Zigbee. Easy to use app based control and integration with Google and Alexa.

Incredibly easy to set up and to configure additional accessories. Priced right and tons of accessories available in Z-Wave.

The problem is that some updates cause you to lose connection to your devices, my samsung ks8000 used to work with the product, but after an update it was not able to.

I already have a few hubs (Phillips, Hunter Douglas, Lutron) but the SmartThings hub allows me to connect to multiple brand items and control them in a single app. I recommend this for anyone creating a smart home.

If you are building home automation, you must get this hub. It is compatible with almost all of the existing smart devices and will make your job much easier with having a centralized dashboard to control them all

Great device, a welcomed compliment to my home automation. Including Alexa, fire tv, WeMo switches, leviton plugs, harmony hubs and leviton RF dimmer switches. SmartThings lets the harmony control everything.

The hub was easy to get operational and it synchs with my deadbolt and thermostat. Will be adding more accessory switches.

I have accumulated several hubs over the past year. The Samsung Smart hub is the most universal, allowing me to control more devices from a single app than my others (Philips Hue, Hunter Douglas, Lutron).

Easy to connect. Paired it up with my Amazon Echo, Wemo mini smart plugs, and GE z-wave wall switches. All went very smooth!

The hub itself works great and setup was a breeze but the app for setting up sensors needs some work and can be confusing.

I read a lot of comparisons on smart hubs and came down to wink and Samsung. After reading a lot of reviews I decided on the Samsung, and have not regretted it. I only had one problem adding a switch and after clearing the switch it paired up immediately. Other then that one incident everything has worked flawlessly. The only other problem I worried about is, would one hub work in a two story home? Answer is yes, all switches paired and work perfectly on both floors.
